Brought my car here for a wheel alignment (toe angle only). I was told the job was doable after informing them the car had 35 inch tires and a suspension lift. After removing and reinstalling steering components incorrectly I was then told the job was not doable. Two u-bolts that are used to secure a steering damper have been bent needing replacing, two castle nuts on tie and drag link ends have been rounded off and the steering damper was reinstalled in the wrong position causing it to ‘top out’ its travel and restrict the amount of steering the car had. They have handed back the car in an unsafe condition leading to it being put on a car float to be transported home safely. I am appalled and extremely disappointed in the service and lack of care or concern of my property and safety and will be filling a formal complaint with Tyres and More’s head office.

Originally came here because I needed a tyre, not thinking much of it. My partner had some issues with his car around the same time and got quoted $4500 to fix it. I rang them up to see if they could do it cheaper and they said to bring it in for a look. $40 part later, a decent service and the problem is fixed. Haven’t used anyone else since. Also rang them with a flat tyre late one afternoon. They didn’t have a spare but could get a replacement the next day. They temporarily patched it for me so I could get to work.

Also the lady I speak to all the time there is so lovely. The guys are good at explaining things to me also.

On time, quick professional replacement of three caravan tyres conveniently at home for a great price - you can’t ask for more.

Happy with the price and friendly service. Called up and ordered a tyre, they got it in within a couple of hours so I drove down there and was out 10 minutes later. Will be going there from now on.
