We needed to order a large quantity for the office and the team at Rustix helped find the most stable solution for our team. We are a lively bunch and like to move around the office and be fluid in or work conditions. Having a variety of stools and benches has made the team bond and be more social.

We purchased stools and chairs for our home. They are excellent quality and value for money. The GM is the most comfortable dining chair I have ever sat in and looks great. One of my favourite things in the house. Staff returned emails quickly and were wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great experience purchasing the 'Rake' chair. Drove out to the showroom & was thoroughly impressed with the service and more importantly the range and stock they had immediately available. Couldn't fit the chairs in the car so they arranged for same day delivery which is basically unheard of these days. Can't recommend enough.

Have purchased multiple products from Rustix for our restaurant in Balmain. Fantastic service dealing with them both in person at the showroom in Northmead and over the phone. The seem to keep a lot of stock on hand and can dispatch same day.
On the rare occasion we had a product fault it was exchanged and rectified immediately. 5/5 every time.

Great experience! Great product! Great Price! Purchased online for shipment to Hobart Tasmania. Price was great, although the item I wanted was not available the sales team were able to supply a similar product at a great price. Had an issue on delivery with a bit of transport damage at which a replacement was sent no questions asked and at no additional fee. The items have been in commercial use now for three months with no issues and great feedback from the customers. The dealing with Rustix was great, heighten by the exceptional no questions asked service whenever there were any issues thanks to Doug of Rustix. I will be placing additional orders online for shipment to Tas in the future, thanks guys.

Please read full review. Bad experience purchasing product Toledo chair. Rocking sensation occurs with chair which rustix said this is a make up with chair by manufacturer. Due to their refund policy they do not refund or exchange.

Thank you to the team at Rustix for my amazing experience i had with your team and can't recommend it enough to others! Not only was the furniture of great quality, but i received my goods within 1 day. Thank you for the fantastic service too.

Think very carefully about purchasing from this company. Made a large order, the furniture look fantastic BUT lots of issues. Bar Table had to be reinforced. The Smith Stool has major issues with balance and we have had to replace the screws on all stools with longer ones as the seats come off. When I expressed concern about injury to patrons was told by owner to remove them from service. They say that they have never had this complaint before and except no liability.

They take no responsibility but after some negotiation will exchange, but only if I pay for freighting the stools from Melbourne to Sydney (in their original boxes). With no damage. Given all 20 stools have gone over that might not be possible. Also I have to pay for the freight of the replacement chairs. I will be out of profit by at least $700. Also I will be without stools for over a week and they are needed for my business. I don't like giving bad reviews but would hate to see others taken like this.
