Alan and his staff’s patience were remarkable, and did not seemed bothered by time, in helping us find the best food combinations we needed for our party. They went above and beyond of the expectation and were able to deliver our orders in such short notice.

Best International produce I could find. Highest quality Deli, very fresh + attentive servers.

There is buckwheat, pearl barley, millet porridge. Delicious sauerkraut.

Not quite pleasant experience.the cheers ($50 per kl) has been sliced with the skin, which as we discovered later appeared between slices.when i brought it to the staff attention the response was - we cannot to take skin off just for you.

This is a deli. That might seem simple but there are few as well setup and with as good a fresh selection of meats. It is Russian focused but there are a lot of general European mainstays stocked as well. Also a great selection of caviar.

Please be aware that prices on the shelves don’t match when they scan products. It happened few times and the girl at the counter said I was wrong and couldn’t bother to go and check, had to go and show her myself. I believe people not always check prices and they can easily be ripped off

Nice selection of goods but really annoying how some prices are not printed/ deliberately hidden.

I have bought the food from online shop and it it was never got delivered. I have been trying to get my $300 from the bank since June. This shop is a fraud and not trustworthy.

Let along ridiculously high prices on everything, they sell expired items as a sale, always check the expiry dates if it’s on sale!
Got cheated with pricing, asked a seller the price for a cheesecake chocolate bars, he said it’s 2,60$ a piece, I’ve got 4 and they charged me 2,80$ I’ve got a receipt as a proof
Please always double check everything with them!

These are Ukrainians favourite products too a piece of home of Ukraine in a stranger city of Sydney.just change the name that people don't bully you. I'm sure you have other than russian produced items which you can keep selling there

Decent selection of items online, the ones ordered so far have been good however unfortunately the customer service is dismal

Groceries are OK if buying before expiry dates

ask for receipt to check if prices are correct and look for any unexpected "open items"

Placed an online order with a promise of a next day delivery (date and time of delivery option provided with the same written on the invoice).

Not only has there been any delivery a few days later but the store has not answered any calls on both numbers nor have they responded to emails.

Really hope that I get my order before new years eve as that why I ordered.

Wouldn't recommend their service to anyone though as communication has been non existent.

I am extremely happy with my order (everything was fresh, excellent quality & very, very tasty.lightly salted pickled herrings & Borodinskiy bread, pickled gherkins & roasted buckwheat etc.) & a really smooth delivery all the way to the Central Coast. What a great service! Big Thank You! Will be happy to purchase from this store again.
