I bought a rug from this company online but it's very creasy and won't go flat. I requested a full refund but they don't think it's faulty (wavy rug is not faulty?) and require more photos. They basically don't want to accept a return as they guarantee. Don't buy a rug from this company. You never be happy with a product and a customer service

I bought mats from here and the first time I put it out all the fluff just keeps coming off I’ve tried to wash it and yet the same thing it’s not like a tiny bit of fluff there’s a lot, everytime I walk on it my feet just end up with fluff
