Terrible, we came to the location (Canterbury), but we couldn't find the rug warehouse, called many times and no body answered! The temperature was about 32, boiling! All in all, bad experience

Honestly, I've had bad experience with other online rug stores with the delivery or the quality. But these guys definately knows what they are doing. The quality of their rugs were over the top and looked even better in person. So far bought four rugs of them and will come back for more. Thanks guys for the service

Their online store is absoloutely one of the bests I've seen. The quality of the carpets are spot on, other stores were charging almost double to what they have in their online store of the same stock. Really impressed with the service they were able to give status of my order instantly and accurately. Recieved it in less than a week despite me being in Perth.

Quality of their rugs are way better than the other online rug stores. The rugs are equally good as their customer service. They are fast and responsive and can give good suggestions if u call em up. Had to come back for a second one. Cheers Guys

Huge Range to choose from, we were after large rugs for our lounge room and was impressed by their huge selections, any additional info we needed the staff was able to guide and suggest us some rugs from their website. Terrible experience. Waited over a month and never received our rug. Had to cancel the order as we tried to get in touch several times (3) with the fairly useless customer service team who was always apologetic but actually never did anything with our request to chase our order.
Very disappointed.
Hence can only rate this company very low when we spent over $1000 for a rug for this result and amount of time spent to chase them without success.

Spent Over $2000 on their online store, received the rugs within two days. Quality is way better than expected. Price was reasonable great customer service

Competitive price with great selection. What amused me most is their customer service unlike other online stores they have dedicated team, you can actually get to talk to a real person not a machine and enquire about your order during trading hours

Great selection for extra large size rugs. Outstanding customer service. The delivery was exactly on date. Actually ended up ordering two rugs at the end and I must say I’m very happy with the customer service. If u are looking for extra large size rugs must give it a go trust me you won’t be disappointed. Keep up the good work guys.
