I’ve been getting my hair looked after Robert for a few years now. He always listens to what you want, his suggestions & advice are tailored to what suits you. He’s service & styling are just simply amazing. It’s such a great place to go to & feel leaving amazing.

Mona is my girl! She is incredible! I hadn't had my haircut for years because I never treated myself to do it, nor could I find the right person. But I'm so glad I found Mona. She is incredible! I put all my trust into her and she always delivers. Yes it is a little pricey but I honestly believe it's worth it because the results are amazing! I had never died my hair before and Mona was so lovely to guide me through the whole process including the after process and I'm obsessed with what she did! An added benefit is the team. They are all amazing and kind people.

Super friendly staff who are professional and skilled. They give you your fair time to choose your service and are very thorough with their recommendations.

I went to Royals Castle Hill was on a whim and now I've been a regular after 7+ years!

Firstly, a shoutout to Elie. I was a client of Elie's until he recently moved to the Cherrybrook salon. Every appointment was collaborative (I've never shown a reference picture for styles or balayage colour) and he considered my requirements and lifestyle. He also saw me through two pregnancies and ensured my hair was thick, healthy and strong throughout the hormonal changes.

That trust built over the years can't be beat. When I heard Elie moved salons, I didn't have any concerns of which stylist I would be handed over to (all the stylists are experts in their own right and that's a testament to Royals Hair).

I'm now a client of Robert's and after 9 or so months with him (getting to know my hair and each other) I can honestly say that I have that continuity in expertise, collaboration and trust that I rely on for my hair care.

Other comments mention that Royals is pricy, BUT (personally) you get what you pay for. I haven't left an appointment disappointed, and I anticipate that you won't be either. Give Royals a go!:)

I have been seeing Kiara for over a year now for foiling and she always does an amazing job and ensures my hair is as healthy as possible in and out of the salon. I highly recommend Kiara for all blondes!

Came here in September 2022 and received what was undoubtedly the best colour and cut of my life. Cameron who worked on me was so patient and kind (I’m from Melbourne and was in town for a funeral), and gave me the most beautiful hair that lasted so well. If Royals ever makes the move to Melbourne I will be there in a heartbeat

I visited Royals and got my highlights done by Kiara, she was so sweet and very considerate of what I wanted and talked me through the process realistically and gave me results that were beyond expectation! We did a caviar treatment and my hair felt beautiful and so incredibly soft! 10/10 recommend Kiara

I walked into the salon expecting to be turned away as I didn’t have a booking. Instead I was treated like royalty and looked after like a queen. Linda was amazing and was exceptional in every way. Her smile was contagious and I was made to feel comfortable. My heart was given the royal treatment and my colour and cut was incredible. Will definitely be making this my new regular hairdresser. Robert was absolutely amazing! My Mum did a VERY bad bleach job on my hair over Christmas (mortifying!). I came into Royals for an emergency hair app a few days later on my way back to Byron (I could not go back to work with hair like that haha) and Robert made me feel so comfortable and reassured as soon as I walked in - he did up a quick quote with hair treatments, colour correcting etc.so I knew how much it would cost before he began which was great. He somehow worked his wizardry on my hair which looks even better now one week on than it did on the day! Bright blonde and full colour correction (honestly, a miracle!). Sad that I live so far away so that I can't make him my permanent hairdresser. Thanks Robert <3

Never had a problem going here. I have always had such a great experience. They are all so talented hairdressers and super friendly. I have had my hair done twice here, the first time I can’t remember her name but she was wonderful she cut my hair perfectly and just such a sweet professional girl. Second time I had Robert install extensions and he is truly an artist, he places the extensions in such a professional amazing way, I have never seen other hair dressers do that method he did. How he blended my short hair with the extensions truly is amazing, i am still so speechless and so impressed by his work. Definitely coming back here. Just a wonderful atmosphere and wonderful, professional hairdressers.
