Excellent customer service and they not only show up a bit early to make sure to get you to your destination on time, but the drivers are friendly and respectful.

I’ve used Royale for airport transfers in Sydney for about 4 years now. This year, I’ve noticed a significant drop in service.

Off the 4 times I’ve booked transfers in 2022, I’ve been provided with a lower category car than the one booked 3 times
Booked Mercedes S Class all 4 times - got a C Class, Lexus ES 300h and an E Class.

I understand that this can happen due to operational reasons and when I pointed it out to the customer service, they said our policy says “different car may be provided due to operational reasons” and did not refund the balance.

I surfaced this to the CEO John B who acknowledged the issue and confirmed via email that the refund will be processed. That was in mid May. One email reminder later, I’m still waiting for the refunds.

They still turn up on time and the drivers are very courteous. I hope they are able to go back to being a great service and I experience.

We had a very upsetting experience with Royale. After getting off our flight we collected our luggage & went straight to Shuttle bus pick up area. We were there no more than 3 minutes when we got several messages from Royale. It was really hard to understand the person I was talking to. He put me through to the driver, who started yelling at me. He said we were supposed to ring him when we got off the plane. We were never told that. He once again started shouting at me that he was waiting across the road. I saw a white shuttle bus & asked if that was him. Once again he started yelling at me that he was in a black Mercedes van. There were no signs on the van, so how we were supposed to know, I don't know. We had to cross the road to him. On the way to our hotel he never spoke a word to us. We are in our
late 70s & found his behaviour very upsetting

I’ve worked with and used Royal Limosuines for group transfers. The vehicles have been to the highest standards and I have had nothing but positive feedback from groups on the professional, friendly drivers that they’ve had.

This company contracts to The Star for shuttle bus services

2 out of 6 occasions they’d showed up on time,

on the other two occasions it left a few minutes before the departure time and I missed it by a minute! I wasn’t even late.
I emailed them as advised to let them know didn’t even bother replying back.

Today it didn’t even show up, I checked with office at Star at 10min prior to arrival as I noticed the internal stop was blocked pick up was outside golden century - they hadn’t even bothered to put a sign up to let anyone know.

I called office 5 minutes past the due arrival time and was advised very clearly as I asked over and over that it’s running 25 minutes late, I then called again and was told it has already left. Which was impossible. Clearly they were lying. The manager Ivan didn’t even bother calling me.
I don’t understand what these people are doing initially was told they don’t have trackers and then was told they do and it’s left.

V horrid experience. On my arrival d driver did nt turn up for an hour.desk said traffic jam. O asked d driver.he said i was informed late.
2 days later i had to b dropped to d airport for my flight to melbourne.no driver came.called d office twice.told me to hold on.nd den no reply.
Had to take a cab nd nearly missed my flight
