HIRED A ROYAL WOLF COOL ROOM for my florist business the thermostat malfunctioned and froze all my flowers. $4000 Worth. Went to flower market on the Wednesday morning only to open cool room Thursday morning and find all the flowers were frozen. All dead.
Royal WOLF said, I'm not covered for loss off flowers.
I got an Email saying, read the terms and conditions!

Would Definately Not Recommend.
Overpriced Storage For A Container Sitting In A Muddy Paddock.
Hard To Get Access To Unless You Fit In With Their Office Hours Schedule.
Less Than Helpfull Yard Caretaker (Scott Or Whatever His Name Is) Complete With A Lazy Crap Attitude Specially If You Need To Deal With Him From Interstate.
Other Guy There Quite Helpful.
Seriously For The Inconvenience This Place Is And The Headache It Is To Deal With Them And The High Storage Cost I Personally Would Prefer To Use One Of The Other Places Around With Decent Access Hours.
