This establishment is in all actuality very good. The service is amazing and they treat you very well. The haircuts are also at a fair price, most hair salons charge haircuts at absurd prices but these are fixed and actually live up to it's price and the barbers know how to do it especially well especially Amar. If you were going there I would recommend him. All in all, the place was very good and I will be going there again.

Rocked up, stood at the door, neither of the 2 working looked up to acknowledge me so sat outside. Waited like 25 mins and they were still going on the same haircuts as when arrived. Go slow mode? Walked back to the city, went to another barber, got a greeting and a smile when I walked in and waited like 5 minutes to be seen. Ironically I made the trip because the Asian aunty (that everyone else is complaining about) used to give me a good haircut

They were really great and gave me the best haircut. The lady who cut my hair made me feel wonderful. I was really happy that she hair cut it to what I wanted in in my conversation with her. She didn’t deviate from what I wanted. Definitely getting my haircut from from her again! Five stars

I used to wonder why there weren't many reviews from women here.not anymore! The service I received here is honestly the worst I've ever had. (1) hairdresser was rude even though I tried to be friendly (2) serious lack of hygiene! The hairdresser was cleaning up when I arrived. She went on to touch my hair & her tools without changing her gloves. She used a couple of combs that looked oily & mattered with someone else's hair. Customer service tip: at least take old hair out of a brush before using it on another customer. (3) I asked for a really simple hair cut (a trim & some face shaping). The result was unimaginably horrible. Seriously, if you advertise "ladies cut" as a service, at least live up to it.

I'm not sure if it was a miscommunication between me & the hairdresser. But even so, I came home with asymmetrical, & dirty hair. Surely even the most amateur hairdresser could cut symmetrical? Thankfully my hair is not my life. & I can live with this hideousity until my hair grows long enough to be cut again.

I guess I got what I paid for. Yet I can't help but think I could've saved $40 wreaking my hair myself.

Am giving 2 stars simply for getting scissors out & knowing how to use it. At the very least I left with shorter hair.

Great place to go for a haircut I like to come here to have my flat top hair cut done by Mimi. She is excellent at this style and really knows what she’s doing! Convenient location only short walk from Museum station.

Went in for a quick cut one Friday and was extremely unimpressed by the Asian lady who was working there at the time. She did not listen to what I wanted and after taking off more hair than what I wanted, proceeded to ask me if I wanted it longer? I said that was a bit late now! ONLY GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN AT THIS STORE

I highly recommend this shop. I'm quite particular about my cuts, and Ammar, my barber, always gets it right. The other barber lisa is pretty good too! The atmosphere of the shop is pretty chill

It was just a bad experience really. The lady didn’t really want to listen or care of what i asked for. I asked to not touch the length on the top of my hair and just make it neater. I came out with half my hair gone and actually not neater then when i went in. She didn’t care to make it symmetric or nice. I wouldn’t go here.

Today I got the worst possible haircut! The lady who works there does not communicate at all! So I ended up going to my regular barber to fix what she had done! This place used to be my favorite but unfortunately its not what it used to be!
