I have had several life changing sessions with Rowena. Seriously I mean that. It’s been a pleasure working with Rowena! Her vast knowledge of food and the effects on the body are impressive. I like that she incorporates a number of different approaches to give you a well rounded and balanced approach to overcoming & healing your health (Ayurveda, naturopathic practices, flower elixirs, testing for food intolerances, NET, etc.).
