Jake Rowe recently managed the sale of my mother's house in Balgowlah. The Agency helped to manage getting the property ready for sale - painting, floors, gardening and getting it staged. Had the most awful experience renting through this company. The agent, let's call him Metchill, lied and made false accusations in a bullying manner. While he was aware of mould issues in the flat, he did not inform us, and later on claimed that it was created due to us. It is a shame that this type of behaviour is allowed in the industry, not considering the health of tenants.  As he has already lost cases in the tribunal but still is allowed to continue the behavior, I can only assume the organization as a whole accepts it.

Jake's communication process is second to none. Pre-sale he sits you down to access/understand/prepare for possible outcomes and goals. This is done with listening skills and his key insights in to the market generally and your local area specifically. He has the ability to take out emotion around the sale but inject certainty around the outcomes. We would use him again next time without hesitation. Thank you Jake!
