Rouse Hill Radiology

Booked in on the same day for my wife as I saw appointment available only to find that one of the clinician is off sick and they are running late. Had to wait for almost 40 mins before I had to cancel and return back.
Clearly they are overbooked.

Absolutely appalling service. Advised I would get my pregnancy scan pictures, maximum 2 hours post the scan. Received nothing and now closed for Christmas. I never complain but it’s just slack and working in the profession it’s very disappointing.

Patient’s Privacy is a concern, as ALL the patients that attended that day is listed on the computer screen in the scanning rooms, the patient’s full names, DOB and injury details all on display on the computer screens! Anyone that enters the scan rooms could view and even access others personal information! When the computers are left on with so much sensitive information on display! I don’t understand why the technicians don’t lock the computer when they leave the room? And why does Rouse
hill radiology display patients that attended that day on the computer screen for all to see? MASSIVE privacy concerns there!

Love the way nurse (I forgot to ask her name) and Dr Ghattas treating patient with empathy. I visited other radiologies around the area but this one stands out of the crowd.

Always waiting WAY TOO LONG past appointment time! Never mind that I’m pregnant and holding in the water I drank for this appointment. They overbook their doctors… which is why it takes so long to get in. The Dr doing my ultrasound was so stressed that he tripped and fell on the ground when trying to get the room ready for me. This place needs to take better care of their doctors and patients. Been coming here for 2 separate pregnancies now (total of about 8 ultrasounds) and it’s always the same terrible experience. Only come here because it’s close to me.

Been here a few times for thyroid ultrasound, breast ultrasound and breast tissue biopsy. I was able to set appointments quickly and my particular items were bulk-billed. No bulk bill for a particular brain MRI code, so i went elsewhere for that procedure, but maybe that's stil in the works, as this clinic is fairly new. Thanks for looking after me.

From booking to reception till the scan everything was so smooth. Vaishali was too too good with my 6 yr old daughter. It was her first time for an ultrasound but Vaishali made it like a play for her. Thank you ️

Awful experience there, the staffs lack professionalism and appointments always late. Don't go there, there are better places than this poorly managed radiology clinic

Throughout my pregnancy I’ve been mostly seen by Vaishali and she is amazing. Also my obstetrician was very happy with the quality of their reports and the amount of details that were included.

A big shout out to the reception staff/doctors and the ultrasound guy who performed my scan and located the area that has been concerning me.
The team here provide an Excellent and professional service.
Thankyou for taking the time to investigate and find the cause of my pain.it feels much better.

Dana at the reception was very helpful in booking an appointment for me and was very attentive. The sonographer was also very knowledgeable and provided the best patient care to mum! I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Vaishali was so kind and professional during my scan today. Her reassurance and explanation throughout was very much appreciated!

Staff are really friendly, their rooms are clean, and the US and X-ray that I’ve done were new equipment.
The US tech was knowledgeable, and she could recognise the issue on my knee.
I received my images before I leave the practice.
And, I could add my next referral with their online booking option completely, and without any assistance.

Vaishali was just amazing with my 2.5yo. Very personable and caring throughout the ultrasound. Thank you!

Jess was great! She explained what she saw during my ultrasound and addressed my concerns with empathy. You can tell that she really cares about her patient, which is what I loved about her service.

Today I met Chris and Katrina and they were very friendly and highly professional. There was no waiting time and the appointment was as per schedule. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wouldn’t want to waste their time either to book an appointment or wait for their turn. Well done team!
