I had a very bad experience this morning with this company when I tried to return some leftover material from a fence I built. I was told on the phone the day before that they would take everything thing back which included 10 bags of concrete and 4 lengths of timber rails. But when I got there I was told that the concrete couldn’t be returned and then proceeded to take 20mins or more to workout how to return the timber and I just left because it was just a waste of time Because the staff at the counter where totally incompetent. Definitely will not be returning and will be telling everyone I come across not to go there

Rouse Hill Landscape Supplies happened to have the right concrete sleepers in stock. Ordered some concrete sleepers and the staff member went out of his way to squeeze the delivery in before the Easter long weekend (I had initially put in a order with the green box but ended up cancelling the order after 3 weeks as it was going to take another 4 weeks due to supply issues). The delivery driver arrived on time and was friendly and accommodating in terms of where I wanted the sleepers.

This review is aimed at poor staff conflict resolution skills, that spoil good reputation of a decent local business. I recently had to deal with this business and originally everything was great until I went to pickup my order. Trusting BLINDLY on the business, I did not verify what I received was exactly what I had ordered and upon returning (I made a 2+ hours tripe one way to pick-up) I found there couple items missing. When I called back to check, no one will talk to me since there was a problem with the order and I should only talk to the staff who took my order, really? Anyways, I spoke with the same same staff who took the order and I was "RUDELY" told the following;
1. It is your fault, you should have checked the order when you picked up (Verbally).
2. It is your fault for poorly communicating your order (in writing).

This was my first purchase, and my experience was let down by the staff of a good business. I do not wish to name and shame the person as it is not worth it, the staff did their best to their capability, it is the business that suffers its reputation. Between all the garden, landscaping and timber yards I've been to, this one was by far the most satisfying in terms of customer service/experience. Not just the guy behind the counter but also the gentleman on the forklift. Given that I'm not a regular customer, I felt very comfortable and have vowed to come back despite there being several landscaping places closer to my place.

I was seeking advice on timber for a building project. While they had an extensive range the advice was lacking and the prices were excessive. Surprisingly I got better service, support, and pricing at Bunnings Castle Hill

The staff there were very helpful, going as far as using the forklift to move a pack of timber to allow me to pick out the particular piece I wanted. I will definitely be buying here again!

EFTPOS 112.40 yesterday. My last order was about a month ago and this one was a really small order. The guy who I dealt with was just short of rude. He is is a bad fit as the others like Alister and and Dillon are great.

After experiencing a very poor customer service at Turtle supplies Rouse hill, the manager Al here was spot on with customer service. He started with a warm greeting and was super helpful with suggestions and explaining products and different options we could try (we are beginners). I can't comment yet about product quality, but the positive experience made me do the purchase here itself.

I bought some lattice material, one of the suround pieces was bowed like a banana. When i went back inside the office to ask for a replacement, all i got was some smart arse comment. Never will i go back there i would rather travel extra K/M than go back.

Nice people, knowledgeable and very helpful. Can be easy to drive past the entrance. Pricing on product is very competitive.

Order timber sleepers online on a Tuesday and they delivered on Friday, great service! The driver called 30 mins before to let me know they would be there shortly, and was very helpful. Great price on the sleepers. Will be using next time I need landscapng products. Thanks!

Good online pricing, fast delivery. Female delivery driver we had one time was especially helpful. One order that wasn’t delivered quite right (missing an item) was rectified very quickly with lots of sincere apologies. My go-to place now for timber and fencing needs
