Always running late and I have never been called in on time. Minimum of 30-40min wait. For a private billing practice we pay money and our time. The appointments makes no sense.

Absolutely fantastic service no waiting around and extremely thorough. Highly recommended.

Dr Leotta was the most fabulous doctor I have encountered in 20 years. If you have any female health issues, I cannot recommend her enough. She's very personable and took the time to explain both the situation and available treatment options.

One of, if not the best medical practice I've been to. Receptionists are welcoming, friendly and explain things in a respectful way if required. I've seen a few doctors here but they've all been patient and understanding and offer solutions and not just shrug you off.

It's clear that people actually like working here and that reflects in the overall level of care. Not the same can be said about a lot of medical practices.

I had my fluvax and covid booster shots. The nurse was friendly and efficient. Job was done in a matter a minute or two.

I have actually edited my review and removed 2 starts because of the bad way you are made to feel whilst leaving from Reception lady Behan.
When you go to pay and hand reception the paper regarding your payment details. Reception person "Behan" I believe, who has been there for many years, grabs the paper from you with no smile just a dead pan almost evil expression on her face - then instead of saying something like "Thank you Mrs Smith, have a good day", or "Lovely, thank you, nice to see you again" with a smile. She says "Off you go" in a very rudely manner without a smile (she knows that I am a regular patient and I am there with my small child). I feel like an 9 year old being dismissed from Detention. I have always worked in customer service and would never treat customers let alone patients who are there with children because either they or their children are sick. This is happened on many occasions not just once - so its not just "someone is busy and having a bad day". Even if she didn't smile and just say "Thank you, Good bye" would be ok.but to leaving the practice and to be treated like this is unacceptable especially since I am a regular customer and have supported the practice since before child was in there for was even born and he is 9! Dr Charteris Great, Reception lady maybe needs to think how would SHE like to be treated!
n a lighter note, lovely Brunette lady with ringlet curls and glasses always has a lovely smile on her face. You actually greeted me and was very nice.

Was nice to walk in and have the service desk assist you right away. The Dr was on time, which was even more important as the only time I can get was during work.

I have been a patient of Doctor Charteris for over 30 years.
My three children all went to the medical centre from the time they were born up to recently until they moved out of the area and the distance is prohibitive for them.
Dr Charteris and the team have always been very helpful and professional.
The staff at the front desk are always courteous and helpful weather in person or on the phone answering your queries promptly and arranging appointment for you and following up with a reminder for your appointment.
I have lived in the local area for 40 years and know a lot of people who have been going to the practice for many years and i have never heard anything negative towards this practice.

Doctor was very capable and friendly had to wait half a hour plus past appointment time as a emergency came in maybe a extra floater doctor to care for this issue.

I saw Dr Geale in an attempt to switch GP’s to a practice more local. I was incredibly satisfied with his service and bedside manner. His medical suggestions and demeanour leave me feeling bright about my future. I would 100% recommend Dr Charles Geale to anyone looking for a pleasant trip to the doctor.

Very Friendly staff that will alway help and the practice is big and clean with plenty of waiting area. It has plenty of great doctors so you hardy have to wait for long. Overall best experience

Highly recommend this practice, I called very late in the evening and the staff, nurses and doctors helped me out so much, they managed to fit my baby in very quickly and I was so happy with my consultation!

By far the best attention we could have asked for by reception staff, nurses and doctor. Our son arrived with a major burn- they rushed us through even though they were extremely busy. Friendly, quick and amazing with a young boy that was in a lot of pain.

Booked and received our booster from this practice. The booking on line was a breeze and there are many dates and times available to select from. Dates avaibility are within a few days waiting, which was great. Just need to Register our names as patients in HotDoc to obtain the appointment.

Very easy and trouble free visit for AZ booster shot today. In and out within 10 minutes. Great new surgery premises.

Got the covid jabs here, very smooth process and don't have to wait for long, well organised, plenty of space to sit and wait.very friendly staff.
