Rough Patch offers amazing and affordable mental health support. The staff are flexible, trauma-informed, LGBTIQA+ friendly, and client-centred in their approach. My counsellor has provided me with a safe and supportive space to talk about my experiences and each session I feel heard and validated and my boundaries are consistently discussed and respected. The organisation's founder Amber is also just an amazing woman in general. I have a rare chronic health condition and am forever drowning in medical bills so a huge thank you to Amber for going above and beyond to offer accessible/affordable mental health support.
