Wasting your time and very rude person

Came here earlier last year, regarding some touch-up paint for new home. Called over the phone, was quick and straight-forward; answered all of my questions.

In-store, they had what I needed and was very helpful and quick on some painting advice. Still unsure why so many negative reviews, in my case, it was a great experience.

Thank you for making my painting experience fantastic, you'll always be my first stop next time for all my painting needs!

My experience mirrors that of a few other negative reviews. I rang to ask if they had a product which would equalize a colour difference on the tread of a stairs and was told they do not offer advice over the phone and i would have to drive to the store. A simple yes or no would have done, they didnt have to disclose the product if they are worried I would take the advice and go elsewhere. Multiple further phone calls to independent paint stores elsewhere i Sydney, I got friendly advice over the phone. The statement about "protecting the business" made in reponse to a previous comment seems a bit short sighted because this approach certainly wont expand the business. This store may treat inperson customers well but I wonder how much business they lose with this approach to phone consults.

Thank you for your response Con. To say I misunderstood what i was told is not only false but insulting. I had a clear understanding of the exchange of words.
"All you were told was that it's quite difficult to understand your problem via the phone and that it would allow us to better service your requirement if you can come to the store with photos of the problem area to show us". This statement is either a complete fabrication or you must be mixing my conversation up with someone else.

This shop has a issue sharing price over the phone. I live between Blacktown & Penrith border, wanted to get price & stock for my job which is in Mosman, but was told to come down to the shop for the prices. Looks like they only want to serve locals. Shame on this kind of businesses.

Deserve a ZERO STAR.

Roufas paints have a wonderful selection of quality products with a variety of items I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Their customer services are very efficient, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Roufas paints.

Came here for a can of colour match paint. The guys were very helpful and made it up for me very quickly. Would definitely reccomend in the future and I'll come back here if I need any other paint

Family owned business that is big enough to tackle all the big jobs and small enough to care. They have extensive knowledge to answer all your questions and are always there to help. They carry a wide range of paint brands and accessories to get your job done. I cannot speak highly enough and would recommend giving them a visit.

I have been shopping at Roufas Paints for over 15 years and during these years I have found Nick and Con to be very helpful with all my painting needs and it also helps that they are very experienced in all aspects of the painting industry.

Been buying paint due to renovating.
Usually ok not very helpfull or welcoming but today geez bloke must have woke up on wrong side of bed.not coming here anymore

I phoned Roufas Paints and asked about a particular paint that I needed.
I was told that they had it in stock and when I asked about the price of the paint, I couldn't believe their answer.
"Sorry I won"t tell you the price of the paint over the phone. You will have to come to the shop to find out the price! ". But don't worry, it will be cheap! ""

So they don't have my business and also the potential business of my friends and colleagues who thought it was hilarious when I told them the story.

Better experience than Bunnings.i went in to get grey paint at Bunnings.black plus little white makes grey.so i get Blue from bunnings.wont go there again 4 paint

Highly recommend. Finally I have found a Sydney stockist of my beloved Luxury Paints’ SpeedPrep w/b undercoat (fully sandable, and good under all paints). Roufas Paints price $22, vs Bunnings minimum $34 for inferior product. Very happy.

Excellent Service. Placed a huge order yesterday and recieved it today! An employee had to bring my order to my residence as i am one hour away from the shop, and he delivered it to me with pleasure.
