Rosehill Gardens reviews
53Went to The Grand Pavillion at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse for my son's MBA graduation. Large venue for Graduates and guests and the after venue that was prepared for photos and food was spacious, and lead out into a large outside patio and more open space. Food presented was delicious and even though there was a lot of people at this event, it all worked out well.
I've been here a few times and every experience has been memorable including watching Winx and Black Caviar
I'm going to miss this venue it's been around since the late 1800s seems a shame to lose all that history. It doesn't make sense that proceeds will go back into racing as the industry supports itself just fine and profits
Awsome experience, cars were of high standard. Coffee wasn't good, staff took.too.many orders for coffee, Barnstaple couldn't cope with. My coffee was cold.
Lovely venue for a big function. With beautiful views over the whole Racecourse, and great amenities, I would highly recommend this facility for the hosting of a large event.
Had the best day with my daughter at the car show thank you to all the organise it is great event.
Slow bar service. 1 bar opened down stairs with a line up of 20 minutes at times. Surely with Covid and pre purchase tickets they should know how many staff to put on.
Been to many boat shows and camping shows here. Beautiful gardens. Never been here for the races.
Great day very crowded as to be expected on the second last day of the show all the exhibits were fantastic and plenty of food stalls
Its spacious clean first class food seating and environmental friendly even the toilet paper towels quality can take large to small venue access is easy train motor vehicles also hotels are across the road
Its was summer and early morning. Sun just rose and the golden shades was there everywhere. It was amazing to the view and wait for the train to arrive.
And the other picture was me returning from the work and it was evening and the sunset was so amazing that I couldn’t wait to take a snap. “Clouds are the one which make sunset look amazing”
Rosehill Gardens is a great venue to enjoy a fun & relaxing day out. Outstanding service provided by all staff & well organised events. Recommended.
A day at the Rosehill Races with a friend. Did we win, not really, but we had a fantastic day. It has changed a lot, for the better, since I was there 20 years ago. Cheese platter for 2 was great value.
We attended the camping, caravan and 4X4 event and we had a pleasurable day. Staff were welcoming and ingratiating with directions/maps and knowledgeable with all the services available on the day. The only frustrating part of this day, is when we attempted to enter the Rosehill Gardens racecourse, the traffic lightswere inoperative and caused havoc for all the attendees and this was frustrating as we all had to travel to further 20minutes around the block and held up in traffic again just to get in, the car park was inadequate of spaces. There were multitudinous of Camper-vans, diverse accessories for 4x4, trailers and camping items for sale. Found numerous shops with affordable prices for camping equipments and the food was reasonable.
Good track, easy to get to and parking is rarely a problem. Prefer this racecourse to Randwick only due to proximity and ease to get to.
Good place to lose your money on a cheeky punt.or to see a donkey beat the favourite.
Great location for almost any event. Beautiful gardens and wonderful staff. Get there for the GG's or a family occasion. Top notch.
Went to the Caravan and Camping show and the parking organisation was appaling. No thought was given to the amount of traffic on a Sunday and some parking officials were downright rude. Arrived at 9.15am and did not get in to the event until 10.30am
Disappointing as only 2 tent companies there. Like 500 caravan companies but only 2 tent companies. May as well call it the caravanning show.
We went for the Caravan Show. From the time we joined the queue on James Ruse Dr it took more than 1 hour to finally get in. Was extremely crowded. Good otherwise.
A great place for the camping and caravan show. We were there today and loved it. If you have the time you must visit this event.
