4 Highly recommend Rose Consult.
I needed to go through the notarization procedures, so I went to them. It was said to be more reliable. It was initially said that it would be available in about 4 weeks. Then I directly paid the money and the postage fee to send the completed documents back to China. After 8 weeks, there was still no news, I contacted them and they said they would have to wait, and then they waited for another four weeks. Finally, it took more than three months to be told to pick up the documents, which was very procrastinating, and then they regretted not sending them back to China, saying they wanted to. The shipping fee was refunded to me, but it has been delayed. Finally, I reminded it more than a dozen times on WeChat, but it was not implemented. At first, I used Tai Chi to make excuses, but then I simply stopped replying.
So for this small amount of money, I think you won’t lose if you give it a one-star rating.

I am waiting for my case to be completed, it has been nearly 3 months which they told me it would just be 3-4 weeks at the beginning. Phone also disconnected after I made the payment for the service: (what can I do?
Really bad experience ！！！ no one answer the phone and no reply in any platform! Fake company!
