Jack was fantastic from start to finish. I got a quote ahead of doing the work and while the price was a fraction more than the others, the level of knowledge that Jack had about the balcony drain problem I had and how to address it permanently was far superior. The work was executed flawlessly and I now have a functioning drain thanks to an innovative solution using acid that eats concrete not plastic or cloth. He took great care to extend my drain outlet to the main outlet and made sure there was no damage to the tiles. On top of all of that he was a pleasure to deal with, a great communicator. I know who I will call any time I have a plumbing issue in future. Huge thanks

I highly recommend Killara and Rose Bay Plumbing. They are professional, friendly and competent. I had a bad odour coming from my bathroom drain, they located the problem and installed a siphon trap. So far so good, and I have no more bad odours coming up from the drain.

Ryan was prompt and really helpful in solving our problems installing a new washing machine! Highly recommended.

My mum is house sitting for my brother in Sydney. She called Rose Bay Plumbing because there was a problem with the water supply, there was no water coming from the taps! Rose Bay Plumbing promptly and politely answered and were able to somehow fix the problem remotely! The water started coming out of the tap. Who knows what the problem was, but Rose Bay Plumbing were friendly and said to call back if there were any other issues. She was very grateful for such a friendly response to her call.

We had a blocked drain in our bathroom. Job was done in approx 30mins and was fairly priced. Recommend their services!

I had a plumbing emergency yesterday. The stormwater was gushing up through the floor and flooded one our rooms threatening to ruin our joinery. I hadn’t used Rose Bay Plumbing before but called them in a panic. Max came out to our home promptly and fixed the problem. I was very grateful that he prevented any further damage and the invoice was reasonable too. I will definitely use Rose Bay Plumbing going forward.

They are expensive and tried to rope me into a paid residential service contract. I have tried several times to stop them sending me marketing material without success. Do yourself a favour, do not use them. Maybe they don't get a lot of repeat business and so they have to keep bashing their marketing database. Under no circumstances would I ever use Rose Bay Plumbing again!
