Rooty Hill Newsagency reviews
5Had to pick up a Toll package. I gave my slip that has the information on it from tolland provided info about myself but apparently it was not correct as I was receiving attitude. I was asked what else can be on the package that identify it’s mine which I provided my last name, offered my license as it obviously was sent there because I wasn’t home so my address should be on it. All I got was a big sigh however the other worker heard me saying my name and was like yes we got your package and just looked for it. Like all packages were behind the counter so they had to pick it themselves in order to give it to us. Thankyou to the other man for being efficient and making the rest of the process easy.
I have been attending Rooty Hill News agency for many many years now. I have always found them to be most helpful and attentive to customers. They always have the latest magazines that I purchase regularly. A+ for service.
Excellent staff, owners, very clean, well displayed shelves with cards, magazines etc.
A terrible experience, the cashier makes you have to pay 5 dollars when you want to buy something that is only 2 dollars. He had a very awfully rude tone of action and expected people to fully quickly understand what he had to say.
Don’t recommend you to go there.
