Sweet potato salad was really good! Beef was a little salty but it’s yummy. Mushroom toastie was delicious!

Ordered the 'famous' Beef Brisket Sandwich. Was surprised with how small it ended up being for $19 – you can get a decent burger for that price.

The beef had an unusual smell – it didn't smell fresh/beefy. It smelled fishy/old/like the fridge. Not sure if it was from the onion jam or something else, but I didn't find it appetising.

I experienced major diner's remorse from this one!

It's right near horrible trees that scattered pollen dust everywhere, and everyone around it was coughing or sneezing, so atmosphere wasn't very inviting either.

A must for anyone in the area, incredible coffee, delicious food, and the staff are so welcoming

Asian fusion breakfast - that’s different and oh sooo good. I had scrambled eggs with chilli oil and a couple of sides and a flat white. Everything is perfectly presented, faultless service, delicious food and coffee and in a chic setting up a lane way.

Coffee was superb, my oat flat white was smooth, rich and creamy - just the way I like it! Sandwiches here are also really tasty - we had the tuna melt and ringo (honey almonds banana and ricotta) with a side of avocado (mixed in with feta). Great little spot!

Room Ten makes one of my favorite breakfasts in the world. It sounds obnoxious, but it is true. Their Mediterranean breakfast (weekends only) is amazing. You can see it on their Instagram. Everything is so fresh and well-balanced. They also make an incredible lunch salad with chickpeas and avocado. Whatever you do, don’t miss it. I dream about this place often. I wish I didn’t live on the other side of the world! Go and enjoy it for me.

The Room10 Breakfast Rice was truly excellent and it was nice having something else besides bread for brunch.

The best customer service I’ve had while living in Sydney! Our waiters were great on filling up the water and seamlessly made brunch enjoyable! The food was delicious and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice coffee and Chai latte. Mushroom sandwich and beef brisket sandwich were delicious but I felt it was a bit small portion for the price. Still enjoyed it. Good customer service.

This is a cafe in potts point, Sydney, around kingscross area. I really enjoyed the food, especially their salads, very refreshing. A month ago, i went there and tried their smoke trout with salad, it was very nice. All the food they serve there are very fresh and big serving. If you enjoy different salad dishes, you must try out this place. I guarantee, you won't be disappointed.eating

First stop when we visit from Melbourne. Amazing food & coffee, friendly staff who remember us and a large flat white is on the table almost as fast as we sit down. A big shout out to Andrew and his fantastic team.

Back in 2019 I used to visit so much this cafe. So many good memories of my Sydney trip:) It was one my favorite places for breakfast in Potts Point. Coffee and food super tasty!

Room 10 sells the best oat flat white in the whole of Sydney. Andrew and his team have done a fantastic job creating the menu. Their sandwiches are incredible, and no matter what you choose, it's yummy. Erina, Ben, Oak and the rest of the staff are very friendly and always get your order right. It's the best place to eat in Potts Point, highly recommended!

First of all, the toast is overburnt. Secondly, the service attitude of the waitress was really bad. Could check your receipt for price difference. (refunded after check)

Boiled eggs wirh Olive oils was great.

My favourite is the broccoli salad - so tasty and healthy but so good!

Best coffee in the area — and salads are ginormous (and tasty) if you’re hungry. Not sure what they do to their avocados, but they’re bloody delicious

The best coffee although they are obsessed with you wearing a mask regular queuing up outside for a coffee. The Law in NSW as of November 2021 does not require a mask. No other cafe on Lankelly requires a mask while ordering outdoors. Very annoying. They're nice people and friendly service (with ridiculously good coffee) but I feel weird about their mask policy. Alienates me

Pumping all throughout lockdown, it's good to see them still busy. They have serious good portions for price and the produce tastes fresh. Flavours are great. Recommended if you're in the area, you won't miss it since it's always crowded.
