We've been getting our coffee from Ronita for several years. The online system is very flexible, we can easily adjust if we need more or want to skip a delivery, the service is excellent, and the coffee (Calima) is superb.

So easy to do. Reoccurring orders of $65 means no shipping. I am 450km away, I don't run out of coffee. Easy to change the upcoming orders. I was confused about setting up a log in. Called all taken care of. You make your order and then your email address is your log in. When you attempt to log in, you receive an email code to make your account secure. Shipping time was short, even for regional NSW. Ohhh the smell of fresh coffee compared to 60month old in the store-no comparison. We love the Columbian whole beans. But liking coffee is as individual as your favourite colour. So give some of the others a try.

Walked in to see if this would be my go-to roaster as the rest seem quite far. Was glad that I was treated with respect as I was likely not an average customer (as I roast as a hobby).

They didn't assume that I knew little; and yet when I asked for specific advice for a product, they were very accomodating with specific details. They even let me try some products (espresso; milk chocolate)

Because of this, I'll likely be going through their whole range and recommending specific roasts to friends

Customer service the best I've ever experienced!
I use Ronita for a regular coffee bean order and it always comes on time. And it's great coffee. Recently I ordered some different one-off beans to try. Yaron picked up on it and noticed I had my regular order coming in a few days, called me straight away to check I hadn't made a mistake, bundled the two together to save postage and had it sent out so it was delivered to my door the same evening! The phone call was sometime mid day or afternoon. That is literally the fastest shipping I've ever experienced. Amazing service.
