14Misleading with discount promotions. Quoting 50% at door but only off the rrp which is not what was charged pre Christmas anyhow. It really equates to between 20- 35% off.
The staff are lovely, one member on registers in particular super friendly & helpful.
She was wearing Taylor swift album cover earrings & when I complemented them she gave me a rep friendship bracelet, it’s girls like her that deserve recognition for showing that little bit of love to customers bringing a smile to their face <3
Wide open aisles, plenty of stock, especially for crafters and Christmas Stock's, along with a good range of general merchandise, Good customer service, and communication skills,
Good value store. SO much to choose from. They have a great range of Halloween merchandise, and Christmas also. It's part of the old Bunning's Shellharbour site.
Good variety of merchandise from cards, wrap, gifts, craft, Halloween and Xmas decorations definitely worth a visit.
Always have amazing variety of quality products, love the Christmas decorations!
A great discount variety store
Interesting shop that has a huge range and variety in both the types and the quality/price of goods. Be pleasantly surprised by some of the brands they stock! Not just your garden variety discount store.
Really wanted the Gazebo but didn’t have a spare $3000. Think I’ll just go to Freedom next time. Very expensive

This place is cool. If you know what you’re after. Came in for party supplies and wow left with more then I went in for. The staff are awesome and the range is awesome.
New store is fantastic very well presented but every time I've been there I've had to wait for service was there yesterday and 6 customer's waiting to be served two people on check out but only 1 was serving the other was fixing up a order for a customer that was not there you would think she would of called another person to help serve the waiting customers or just left it whilst she serve the 6 people waiting there. When I couldn't wait any longer I walk over and said something about the waiting customers she said she was doing a other for someone that was not there but still made no attempt to stop to serve the waiting customers so I left without my pending purchase's just needs some great customer services to get more stars.
Such a huge range of items. Great for party supplies have so many different themes and so much stock in each. You could get al your party needs from the one place.
Bought a Santa out fit for Tuesday wore it once and was falling to pieces.pants ripping, belt broke, hat top was falling of and beard was coming apart and they said that I could not get a refund
A good variety of stock, not as good or big as Narellan which is a shame but they offer alt of good quality products.
