Ordered a couple of decore Christmas trees when they arrived the packaging was terrible l expected them to be smashed to pieces but lucky they were ok. The trees smaller than advertised so very unlikely to buy again.

Placed online order spoke with ronis they have the transaction as a staff member has said on a couple of occasions
they say track the order on our site with order code nothing found this order was placed around 7th dec and still get a different story not a good outlook for the business very slow to send and no further confirmation from them

Great store with so many products and helpful staff.
Wherever you want you will definitely find it. Close to Toy Mate Kids shop.
Prices are good compared with other shops.

If you plan to buy at Victoria's Basement make sure you step into this shop before buying from there. Fantastic product line and great prices too. Well stocked up and you will be pleasantly surprised with the goods inside this shop.

VERY RUDE STAFF/MANAGER.
The shop is over crowded with items. We accidentally knocked a lava lamp which was displayed on the floor (don't put fragile items not he floor) The staff/ manager was very rude and asked me to pay for it. I did end up paying.but the whole situation was very badly handled and female manager had lotta attitude.

This place has everything! It'd mega huge. At the moment aisles and aisles of Xmas decorations. And besides that you name it they sell it. Partyware, toys, homewares, stationery

I am writing the update here based on the reply from store manager. The concerned item was a costume and the team member at the counter refused to return the amount even though we had informed her just 15 mins after purchase. She gave us store credits with a condition that store credits can be used to buy only another costume. This is a very silly return policy, if I have changed mind then I expect complete return of my money. If giving only store credits, I should at least be able to buy something else. Please have a word with your team member and take some time to know the facts before posting any further reply.

Disgusted to see storeperson yell at customer asking for vaxination status. Should learn that's illegal. Disgusted in the stores behaviour. Rude and arrogant and they were at fault. The customer was right they had no right to ask for these things. Vaccination status is noones business and asking for it goes against st our privacy act

Very quick to take your money- but forgot order and had to wait for them to be made up!

I returned one set of 6 candles worth $5…. (I’d bought 2 sets) One of the candles was broken. The set came sealed so I wouldn’t have known one was broken. The young girl said the manager had to get involved in case I had dropped it. Of course I hadn’t. No apology, nothing. Made to feel like it was my fault…. Imagine the issue if I had returned the table that I bought a few months back for $200…. Poor service, unnecessary

One of the best place to shop the gift items. The mall in which it is, is also sorry convenient with ample parking and unlimited duration. Ronis has range of gift items for all occasions and great party items as well. Prices are reasonable as well. Since it has accessible entrance good place to shop for everyone. I highly recommend this place for gift shipping.

Really kind and helpful staff! They make beautiful balloons, and take time to ask about and accomodate all your preference in details.

Love this store. So many products available, but also such a great team. I feel really awful as I do not know the team members name, but she is ALWAYS in the balloon section, young and has her hair tied back 9 times out of 10. My Mum and I have visited Ronnies quite a few times over the last few months and have been blown away by the customer service shown from one of your staff members. Jennifer has gone above and beyond every time to help us put together various looks for the house. Her suggestions, creativity and flair for home decorating have left us shocked that she doesn't actually work in interior design. She is such an asset to your store and it's people like her who make customers come back and buy more things! We love her but not sure our wallets do! On top of this she has a lovely, down to earth personality and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you so much Jennifer for being so helpful. The latest purchase from this afternoon (plants and stands) look great) No doubt we will be back again soon.

They have extremely nice products, but they are difficult with exchanging or returning items faulty products despite consumer law. I'll still come here, but won't run the risk of buying anything expensive just in case the same fault occurs.
