All the McDonald food I've bought over the yrs finally paid off when I needed some assistance. Great place to experience in hard times.

The organisation is world's best and the people that service it are heaven sent. In our darkest hours they gave us a sanctuary to escape the hardest of times even just for a moment. The most beautiful people and facility we could have asked for.

Wonderful accommodation for patients' families next to Wesmead Children's Hospital. Thank you to all the fantastic staff and volunteers.

Enjoyed the experience while we volunteered to cook dinner for the guests in the house. Amazing initiative and goal to support community in need. Recommend this as a corporate volunteering event - very fulfilling and well organised

Thank you RMH we are grateful for everything this house has done and could not have asked for a better place, always thinking of families, the only ay every one greets with a smile after all the hospital every day visit when we return to the house we were always greeted with smiles. Perfect home for patient and families who don’t need to be hospitalised but need medical help especially the ones living far from hospital service provider is excellent. The best part is that everything provided in the house is free of cost. Big thanks to such charity homes.

All I would change - the open plan set up.
I don't want to hear what other kids are watching or listening to. I need some space within my head some days.

Amazing facility. Everything seemed in excellent condition. Staff were very helpful. Only difficult thing was that children under 12 are not allowed in the kitchen and food storage area which is tricky when you're they're alone with a young child. There's a glassed in child play area right near by but my little one wanted to be close to me.

Quite literally Home for us. Such a beautiful stress free place to stay. Staff and volunteers are gorgeous.

Great service, great rooms & kitchen facilities basic food available. Helped me and my family whilst my daughter was in the children's Hospital. Don't know what I would have done without them.

Outstanding staff and facilities. Made dealing with my 5 year olds open heart surgery, a little less stressful.

A great place in a time of need. The staff are excellent in supporting their families and are always happy to have a chat to brighten your day.

It's was a humbling experience to host a Meal from the Heart initiative with my team at RMH - Westmead. I can't think of a better organisation to work with, the staff and volunteers are making such a meaningful difference to so many children and their families.
