A great charity helping families stay near the hospital when children are getting treatment for an illness. Love volunteering my here as it fills my heart to give my time to support families in need.

A lovely place offering support and succour to frustrated and desperate parents. A free bed is provided with considerable rations of everyday supplies made available in the communal fridges to all guests at no cost. Untensils and laundry are made available at no cost

I recently took my kids to the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Sydney Children's Hospital in Randwick, NSW, and it was truly a five-star experience!

First and foremost, my children absolutely loved the cupcakes provided at the Family Room. It was such a delightful treat for them during our visit.

Moreover, the highlight of our visit was the wonderful volunteer, Ms. Marie. Her kindness, helpfulness, and courtesy made our day. From the moment we walked in, she welcomed us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable in every possible way. Her presence truly made our visit memorable.

Overall, our experience at the Ronald McDonald Family Room was exceptional. It's a place that not only provides comfort and support but also sweet moments like those cupcakes and the wonderful hospitality of volunteers like Ms. Marie. Five stars without a doubt!

My first time being here and was amazed by the charity work this organisation is doing for the families. I managed to get a room here when my family had an emergency in Sydney. Rooms and facilities are adequate, and cant complain about it.

Kudos to the team that makes it happen!

This place is literally a second home to parents who are constantly in and out of the hospital with their young ones. The staff and volunteers are very supportive and thumbs up to all the organisations who provide meals for the parents and kids especially when they are going through a lot. Do support them for they are a genuine charitable organisation

A truly special place to stay during some of the hardest times in your life. From the team members to the facilities they are absolutely amazing!

Ronald McDonald House in Randwick is amazing! All of your staff are so helpful, caring & kind.
With all the COVID-19 issues they still had time in their day to stop & say Hi.
The team go out of their way to make you feel like you have a home away from home!

Great place to stay in trying times, they have everything you need here and do food nights.very nice staff.

This place is amazing! All of The staff are so kind, caring, helpful and supportive. Even in the current difficult climate with covid restrictions they go out of their way to make you feel like you have a home away from home! So grateful for this wonderful service. Friendly people and almost every night we got an amazing meal. Rooms and showers are simple but all you need really. The beds however are terrible, on wheels that you can't put on a break? !

What an incredible location. I went there to deliver some gifts to cheer up a patient. Everyone was so helpful

Amazing service by the manager on duty. Big Mac was hot and fresh, looked same as the advert. Fries were golden, crispy and hot.
Would definitely be back again!
