I have found Ron Elliott Pharmacy the best in customer service and knowledgeable.
I have just read a few reviews and was surprised to see a few bad ones. I have always been treated so well at this pharmacy. The staff have gone above and beyond as has the owner for me when I couldn’t locate an Escript that had gone astray even ringing another chemist for me. I feel lucky I found such a great local pharmacy.
Put wrong name on repeat and supplied incorrect dosage tablets to what'was on prescription.
Mind-blowingly bad customer service and patient care.
I never write reviews and always give second chances but this is the third time over two years my family have had a terrible experience or been around them at this business.
My husband went into get advice on extra treatments for shingles either lotions and coverings because he didn't want to spread it to me at 35 weeks pregnant and our 18 month old who hasn't had chicken box yet.
He spoke to the pharmacy assistant who then went and told the pharmacist in front of my husband that they had another “Once upon a time story" from a customer and made rude hand gestures but outloud so my husband could hear.
My husband came home so shocked at how rude and uncaring people could be but I wasn't surprised at all. I had previously seem the pharmacist mocking customers to their face before and as a health practitioner myself I understand their is no point talking to patients in a way they don't understand the information you are trying to communicate.
Just unfortunate that kind of work place culture exists.
