Rocky Waterholes reviews
10Very peaceful. Bitumen road to boat ramp. Plenty of areas to fit a van. Some pot holes bit easily accessible.
Good concrete boat ramp.
No grass, just dirt and rocks.
Handy rock shelves to sit on in water.
Don't enter toilet hut if you want to live.
Perfect place to unwind with a myriad of birds, near relatively still waters. An excellent free campsite or a picnic spot.
A nice walk into town via the levy bank. A difficult walk on the nth side.
There is even a flushing loo at the boat ramp.
Great camping area with boat ramp, BBQ area and toilets. Go fishing or walking with easy or hard tracks.
Great tracks to go riding local Walkers will get upset and ring the cops on you though make sure your bike's registered and you have your licence
Peaceful, unspoiled and relaxing.
There are nice toilets, great sheltered area. Ideal for families.
A good 5KM walk from the start till finish.didn't see any Koalas though.but over all a very very good experience
Beautiful spot. Randomly stumbled across it after just turning some dirt roads repeatedly. I haven't been game enough to go swimming but it looks delicious.
Very picturesque, nice river with overhanging willow type trees. Main vantage point was an old iron bridge which made for some great photos. Road is gravel but easy access even with a campervan. We heard and tracked a koala to his tree. Very serene
