Rockdale City Kia Service Centre

I had an amazing experience at KIA car servicing centre! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they took great care of my car. The service was prompt, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. I highly recommend this place for all your car servicing needs.

The people at Rockdale City Kia service centre are very experienced and friendly. I was very happy with the services.

Service was good but my car got scratches on the top of the front quarter panel where it meets the bonnet. The tech must have leaned over and something scratch the surface. And they washed the car using a shammy and some Sort of waterless wash solution sprayed out of a water squirt bottle. And then rinsed it off with a gurney. A shammy are not a great idea for modern paint. They should use a clean Microfibre cloth only used one time on each individual car. I'd advise asking them not to wash your car as part of the service. They do it very rapidly. Your better of doing it yourself. But if you don't mind small, tiny scratches and your cars a bit older then there fine. They were very friendly and easy to deal with. I just wish I asked them not to wash the car. The scratches were very minor most people wouldn't have even noticed. Just if you were a little bit obsessed about the look of your car, then it's a bit up setting. I guess this could happen at any service centre. Part of the risk of car ownership I guess.

Bob was fantastic and kept me in loop throughout the day. Olivia was also fantastic organising a courtesy car me for the day so I am not without a car.

Nothing but positive experiences with this crew. Polite, efficient and excellent with communication. Special shout-out to the amazing Olivia in the office, who has consistently been outstanding with her customer service. She remembers everybody and is always several steps ahead when working out logistics and making bookings. We’ve forgotten a drop-off before and she was not only very understanding, but went out of her way to rebook us in at a really hectic time for them (near Christmas). What would normally be a stressful situation to juggle with kids and whatnot, is made easy and drama free thanks to Olivia. Makes a huge difference to the experience. ️

Kia rockdale as per usual did a fantastic job with my service and always provide a loan vehicle if requested. I used to use sutton's but they were very unprofessional and incompetent. I could not recommend kia rockdale any higher.

The team at Rockdale Kia Service completed servicing of my Sportage. They were extremely thorough and prompt and were able to provided a car for me for the day while they were completing the work.

I came in in a panic as I just found out my rear blinkers were not working. Olivia was so professional and empathetic to my distress. I did not have a booking but she made it happen and quickly. The guys were brilliant I was al fixed up under an hour. The cost was very reasonable. I wilk be changing my services to Kia Rockdale in future. Thankyou.

This was my car's first service here. Great experience. Fast check in and out. I also had a loan car, that was in immaculate condition.
