Honestly one of the best baby hire companies I have ever worked with. We used them in January for cot hire, they were so responsive and easy to work with. We are using them again for our second trip and again have provided us with great customer service:)

We had the best experience hiring a cot and a high chair. The staff were extremely responsive and so helpful, top class service and communication. We had issues picking up/dropping off and they went above and beyond to help us to arrange pick up and drop off by a third party. I would strongly recommend without any hesitation. The products were also of good quality and the price was very competitive.

Had a wonderful experience with Danni and team at Rock A Bye Baby! Have used them twice, each time we had a newborn and they were incredibly prompt and responsive and helpful. They deliver straight to your door when you need it and pick it up, which is really convenient and the price is very competitive and affordable. Hiring a bassinet is perfect transition from hospital to home life as its the same bassinets used in hospital, and its way cheaper than buying one as you only need it for 1-2 months before your newborn outgrows it anyway. I went to Aus to visit my family in March and hired a cot and car seat through Danni. From the first enquiry to the end she was excellent. A week in, I needed a second cot for a second house and I had what I needed the very next day. Pick up and drop off occurred with little fuss during the time frames set (which is a breath of fresh air). She set up the products efficiently, and when I needed to change the car seat to a different car she encouraged me to bring it in for a check - lucky I did, my dad had done it all wrong and it basically wasn't secure at all! Her communication was clear and quick. What an excellent service Danni runs - I highly recommend!

My sister visited from the UK with her 6 month old daughter for an arbitrary period of time, changing dates made it difficult to hire for fixed periods of time. Danni was amazing from the onset. We hired a travel cot, a baby car seat with isofix and the additional life saving linen for the cot. Danni was super responsive and accommodating for us the entire time. You cannot beat the amazing customer service, high quality new and clean equipment and convenience. Highly recommend Rock a bye baby hire!

We rented a pram from Rock A Bye Baby and the entire process was flawless. Danni was very courteous and prompt at replying to emails even after hours. The pram was in excellent condition. We would not hesitate in recommending or utilising their services again.

Was clarifying a bundle details via email as their website price is lower than quoted. Shocked they called to say I was rude! Maybe they have malpractice in misquoting prices, be warned.

I hired a TENS machine for labour. Would recommend rock-a-bye-baby for anyone wanting to hire one in the future. Their staff were highly responsive to enquiries and the pick up / return process was very easy. The TENS machine itself was great quality, easy to use and really successful for managing early labour at home.

Danni at Rock A Bye Baby is super helpful! We originally rented a capsule but needed to switch it for a rear facing car seat halfway through our rental because our baby didn't like it and had outgrown it. She also was flexible with bringing the rental and fitting forward because our baby came early. Overall, super easy hire. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Buying a capsule doesn't make sense-cost wise or environmentally-when you get such limited use from it. We hired a capsule with pram adapters from Rock A Bye Baby for 4 months, and it was less than half the price of purchasing a new one. Great customer service and communication from Danni and the team too.

Really amazing company - great service, such nice a team, they were really responsive and answered all our questions really quickly. Capsule was clean
and in great condition. We used them to install our own car seat after we returned the capsule and you get a certificate of installation for peace of mind. Would highly recommend.

We had a big group and were looking for 1 baby seat and 2 booster seats, i never liked to hire it from car renting companies because their seats are always dirty. Danni is true professional and accommodate all my requests and gave multiple options for pickup and drop. All seats were very clean and Danni personally installed them. Highly recommended.
