Great؜ property managers.
We have two apartments which are managed by Robinson. They have made life as a property owner very easy. We appreciate their guidance on appropriate rents to charge and that there has been very little time that the properties have been untenanted. Our favourite aspect is that all the strata, rates and water bills are sent directly to Robinson and paid by them; the rental income balance is then deposited into our account. We have never considered changing to a different company and probably never will.

Efficient؜ execution of tenant replacement
Very pleased with the way Robinsons managed the replacement tenancy, promptly finalising the previous tenant exit and arranging new tenant inspections, verifications, rental rate increase and lease finalisation. Karen Tannock and Demi McGinty the attending agent worked well on this. I was kept sufficiently informed.

Honest͏ and genuine -
Darren was fantastic to deal with during the purchase of our new property. He was upfront throughout the bidding process and always made himself available. He was also a genuine bloke who you could have a conversation with.

I͏ found Darren to be very good at what he does and he definitely knows the real estate market so well. Nothing was any trouble for him. He advised me from the beginning what he was hoping to achieve from the first open house and how he would proceed following this. Everything that he advised me did happen and the house sold after the first open house, I was so happy with this outcome. He has always gotten back to me in regards to any questions or queries I have had as well. I am really happy with the outcome and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a real estate. He is excellent at his job and so easy to work with selling a house.

We have been using Robinsons for a number of years and I am happy with their professionalism and willingness to help. Being quite a big agency with different agents in different roles, there have been a couple of times where we have found it hard to quickly get on to the right person for a specific issue, but overall we would definitely recommend.

Sales team at Robinson was responsive to our inquiries.
