Unfortunately I had a negative experience with the overall customer service team. I ordered my lounge custom made. It was rushed by the warehouse team in Melbourne and three of the cushions were not measured correctly. I received my lounge in two weeks, however three cushions were sent back and forth twice. I would have preferred new cushions made to size. However I was dismissed in-store and made to feel
irrelevant. Also my lounge was changed from 2.7m to 2.5m and no discount offered. I would not shop
here in the future.

I get sofa from them and loved the Quality.fabric is so good and their prices are also pocket friendly. I highly recommend them as they have huge variety.

Love shopping at Robertos. Martin is always so helpful and friendly. My family has been shopping here for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for furniture. I recently purchased a bedroom suite for my daughter. It’s absolutely beautiful and top quality. Will be back soon when i need to upgrade my dining table:)

It was really an amazing experience with Robert’s discount Furniture when I bought a console and two chairs from their showroom 4 months ago! Today someone from the shop called me and said that I won a stool bar and it’s available to be picked up.

First time visiting store, staffs were friendly and welcoming, very professional. They explained everything thoroughly and whatever we wanted they would make sure they would have it available for us. David was a great guy, he was very patient with us. What ever we requested he would say he can get it done. I've never been to a furniture store that gave us that kind of service.
