Robert V Read & Associates

Damien turnbull posted 5 years ago that your won't get a call back after the initial Consolation. Unfortunetly nothing has change, I have been billed for a non completed tax return, and now looking at being fined by the tax department for late lodgement. I strongly recommend not to use this service.

Was directed to use Bob as he was highly recommended.
Was audited on my first visit with him for my 2019 tax return and been trying to resolve the return ever since.
He was happy to take money several times to do objection and then acts like I am a stranger.
His admin team just act the same too.
This has affected my family and my whole life due to debt incurred and stress of not being able to conclude this for years now.

I have been with bob for near on 20 years
Upon being audited this year no communication etc the staff have a care factor of 0 for a loyal long term client previously have been very happy but things are not what they were there anymore

I have been seeing Bob and the team since 1997 and have been receiving excellent service from the time i speak with the admin team through to senior associates. I have recommended Robert Read & Assoc.to several colleagues and friends and non have been disappointed. Well done Bob and to the entire team, keep up the great professional work.

I used to use Robert Read and Associates 5 to 6 years ago and had done for a few years and they were great. Due to personal circumstances I hadn't been able to use them for a few years but came back to them the first chance I got and I must say what a big disappointment. The lack of communication and the constant non return of phone calls after the initial consultation is extremely unprofessional to say the least. I was told my tax return would be lodged but 3 weeks later found that it wasn't, simple things like getting an invoice and receipt emailed or getting phone calls returned and when they are being hung up on abruptly. I used to recommend Robert Read and Associates to everyone I knew but I will no longer do that nor will I use them again. I am not one to put a review like this online for the world to see but I am perplexed as to how someone can operate a business the way these guys do and feel I have no other way to get my point across. Avoid the guys at all cost!

Nothing but professional. Happy with the work they did. Would be happy to go back to them next year.

Been going to Robert for 5 years now. Never had a problem. Gets the job done for a reasonable price. And helps me out as much as he can.
