24As a supplier to this agency and dealing with Caitlin Dennis I have found her and the team to be proactive and totally professional. I would be very happy for Caitlin and the Robert Sharp Professionals team to be managing any of my investments.
I find it abit ironic that Gavin Sharp works for an agency called "Professionals". He is the least professional agent i have ever dealt with. Showed absolutely no respect. It took 4 days, 3 phone calls, a voice message and a text message to reply to an offer to which he replies that he'll call me the next day. Sure enough no phone call and i had to chase him. His customer service is abysmal. I highly suggest anyone looking for a property to just scroll passed anything he has listed as you have better chances of getting in contact with a rock.
I have screenshot call logs and text messages for proof incase they reply to this review to say its fake.

Where do I start!
Being an out of area Agent myself I was very nervous when it came to finding an Agent to list my parents home.
From day one Gavin was spot on. Returned my initial call during the Christmas break and was available to meet within a couple of days.
I was very impressed with his area knowledge, professionalism and his marketing plan.
Most of all he made my parents feel at ease.
During the Auction campaign everything was carried out to a high standard, we were kept updated, all open homes were very busy, staff were attentive and feedback was always provided.
Come Auction day the property SOLD and the price achieved was more than we could ever have expected.
