The foods are amazing and service was fantastic. Will definitely recommend this place and will visit again.

It's an okay restaurant, certainly not great though. Prices are unreasonably high, service wait times are ridiculously long & the food is pretty average. Food is edible however. Restaurant ambiance if quite pleasant, though that could be because there's hardly any customers.

This is a QUALITY burger place! The meat is fresh, delicious and comes in always a big serving. I have come here consistently in the last few months and quality has not wavered once. The owner is kind and always willing to chat. The burgers are not the only part of the show, the owner procures superb pork belly and chicken wings as well. I highly recommended the “hot n spicy” wings or any of the burgers, the cheesy cheese and the southern fried burger are both amazing! The pricing is standard and well worth every penny!

The Asian young man at the counter was very friendly. The food was very satisfying and I plan to visit again before I leave Sydney. If you're looking for the best burgers in Sid, visit Roadhouse Burgers!

Exceptionally average. Fried chicken was OK - the sauces (we tried volcano and sweet/spicy) were both pretty meh on the flavour scale, the volcano was actually spicy though which is good - but the taste was really sub par. Korean chicken burger was incredibly average, the southern chicken burger was relatively tasty but definitely not 5-star worthy as other reviews would suggest. Chips were decent. Quite suspicious of the one really bad review followed by stacks of blank 5-star reviews in a matter of days, especially given the lack of reviews on places around Sydney CBD.

Visited this place with my partner and we got one of their burgers and also the fish and chips. Both meals were fantastic and service was quick and friendly. This has to be one of the best burgers I've found in Sydney, I highly recommend this place!

Was a walk-in around peak dinner service.

First sign (I ignored to my peril) was the place was empty compared to all the surrounding food businesses.

Paid in cash thinking I would be served their best. Very disappointing.

Waited over 30 mins after payment when there were less than 4 other diners when I recieved a cold plate of over seasoned Ribs and cold veges. Not happy!

Noticed a photographer taking pictures of all the dishes coming out of the kitchen.

Way to treat your paying customer.no doubt explains the cold food.

No matter how good your photo is.its the quality of the food and service which will fill the till at a successful restaurant.

That's the first and last $60 you'll ever get from me.

What is this place?
It’s not like any roadhouse I’ve ever seen.
If Hello Kitty did roadhouses! (there’s kittens on the wall)
There’s no brand identity here really, there’s flashing LED string lights as you come in the door, gaudy gold planters and cutsie Parisian motifs on the wall.
The menus above the counter on entry make you feel like you’ve walked into any fast food restaurant, this one champions that they’ve got 5 different sauces for the chips (which are delicious btw)
I ordered the cheese burger, which came out on the tiniest serving board I’ve ever seen, almost cute.
It was tasty for sure, but the meat was a little chewy.
The other thing that was terribly small, the napkins, tissues really, the sort you get when you’ve got a little sniffle. Not really suited to mopping up burger grease and globs of sauce. Glad I didn’t order the ribs, I’d look a mess!
And the music, kept skipping like it was playing on CDs or something (surely not, it’s 2023), covers of knocking on heavens door and of other classic rock songs.
This place is weird, but good weird?

To leave reviews, but I was totally blown away by the service and food we received at sams restraint, me and my girlfriend where sitting outside when Sam brought us both out a can of coke
(on the house) and said it is hot out here here you go, then shortly come back with some chicken for our dog that was laying down next to us, I felt like a famous person visiting a cafe (which I am not), was a incredible experience and mine and my girlfriends burger was a absolute 10/10, could not reccomend enough, not to mention he also would not accept a tip no matter how hard I pushed it on him, thanks for a great lunch.

Great restaurant and super friendly staff member. I take a truffle burger and was delicious, the beef patty with oignon in is incredible and the chips so crispy. The summer hibiscus drink was so good too. Highly recommended! ️

Burger was juicy and flavourful, beef rib was extremely tender. Would definitely return again!

I recently visited Roadhouse Burger & ribs and I had a wonderful experience. I went with my family and order beef ribs and a few burgers. I got surprised when I saw the food, and the way they present that food was amazing. Staffs are amazing too always smile on the face and proper customer service. I would like to mention that the restaurant is perfect for family gatherings and the food, that is quite delicious and authentic, doesn't cost a bomb. The place is sure worth a try!

Was in Haymarket today and me and the relatives felt like steaks and found this very, very well rated place just minutes from my relo’s hotel. We were the only ones in the restaurant at 6.30 which is normally a very concerning sign but given the reviews, wasn’t bothered. We ordered 3 steaks and 1 burger. Despite having no one else in the restaurant, the food took no less than 25 minutes to reach the table (imagine if they were busy). To be fair, the chicken burger looked really good as did the fries and the feedback on these was very positive. The med / rare plain steak seemed ok. My med / rare surf and turf - very generous amount of prawns, the potatoes were nice, the sauces were good, the salad looked pretty uninspired and the steak - very poor quality cut of meat, a lot of fat and cutting through it was hard work so left about a quarter on the plate along with the fat which made up a lot of the cut. At about 7.10 they started shutting up shop while we’re still there - not ideal. If you do come here - stick with the chicken burgers and fries and you’ll be fine!

Don’t trust the 5star reviews.
The beef patty is the sort of readymade low quality meat you can easily get from supermarket.
I was there on weekend dinner and appeared to be the only customer so that explains everything.
Also a bit overpriced.

Wirklich perfekte Burger gibts dort. Perfekt gebaut und perfekt gebraten. Geschmacklich erstklassig. Sehr freundlicher Service. Würde ich unter die Top 5 der besten Burger in meinem Leben zählen. Nur eine Kleinigkeit: fügt eurer Karte einen scharfen Burger hinzu.

Mouth watering burgers & ribs and wonderful customer service with decent portion…. Worth all your money spent…. Would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to spoil their taste buds…. Yum yum

Came today with my sister on a small trip to the city, and we found this place by chance and wow! We ordered 2 burgers with chips and it was sooo yummy! And super fresh with a short delivery time for each meal! The place is clean and the staff are kind and friendly. Would highly recommend coming here and please try the Korean style chicken burger! The music is so good too!

The cuisine was first-rate and reasonably priced. The employees smiled and made an effort to make you feel welcome. The food was quite diverse, and the drinks were excellent.
