Welcoming and very friendly staff the gym is a great place to be great atmosphere and equipment. Overall very clean and organised have been to other gyms in the past and by far RF is hands down above and beyond love it! Would recommend highly to anyone.

Road fitness is amazing, I used to go to any time fitness Windsor and I only have good things to say about road compared to anytime 1 being that it has much more space and is layed out and organised allot nicer and has all of the equipment that you could need, also having the sauna is a very big bonus, the staff and other members are very polite and welcoming so in my eyes I couldn’t see myself training anywhere else.

Absolutely love Gym Road Fitness! It's been an incredible journey working out here. The trainers are top-notch, the equipment is amazing, and the atmosphere is always motivating. I've seen fantastic results and couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals!

Love Roadfitness Richmond, the staff and trainers go far and beyond to make me feel like I'm part of the Roadfitness family and not just a member, treating me like an individual and helping me with my gym journey to reach my goals regardless of my physical fitness level.

I never really thought of myself as someone who would enjoy going to the gym. I don't know, maybe it felt it too intimidating, I wouldn't know where to start!? An opportunity presented itself for me to attend and I knew I could do with the exercise, so I joined up and took the plunge.
From my very first class at Road Fitness I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable in this new environment. The trainers are all so patient and helpful, making sure firstly I understand the task and the muscles it will be working, then giving me the extra attention I need to make sure my technique is right.
I am very grateful that Road Fitness has come into my life. I thoroughly enjoy each and every class, the challenges they impose and the people I get to share this adventure with.
