I had found it difficult finding someone to help me find the right fit and boot for me in other RM Williams stores until deciding to visit RM Williams in Chatswood. The young man who helped me, Ben, not only made me feel relaxed but helped me find the right boot that not only fit my foot perfectly but also suited me! I was so grateful to him. I’m so excited to get my boots and so grateful to Ben.
The new marketing and products are refreshing for someone who has had a pair of RM William boots since the 1970's and only upgrades every 20 years.
Love my RM Williams shoes. Good service from staff at this store as well.
