Riverside Theatre reviews
57Very clean amenities and well equiped amenities.extremely friendly staff. Absolutely loved Les Miserables. Beautiful little theatre. Sat right at the back and could see the stage wonderfully.
Riverside Theatres had Friendly staff, in other reviews people mentioned about parking issues but just go little early and no issues.
We watched show “Spiegelesque” 5 star + outstanding performance! Wayne and his team made us laugh from start to end.
No parking infact stay clear due to the arrival of the light rail avoid Parramatta perhaps I should have mentioned the whole of Parramatta is a building site, you have my sympathy, I had a shop there
Fantastic rendition of Shakespeare's The Tempest.great theatre next to river with heaps of restaurants and eateries within very short walking distance and parking.
The theatre was beautiful, the performance that took place used their space seamlessly and was well worth the ticket. The atmosphere outside of the theatre itself was chill and the employees behind the bar couldn't have been more friendly.
The theatre itself was ok, however the seats felt like the were pushing you forward.
The bathrooms were small, I’m not sure if they had more than one block, but you would not want to pay a visit during intermission.
This place was amazing went there for school to watch the tempest really comphy seats really nice people and just overall really great
Again, it is at a really accessible location and it's features are first class.a membership with regular online updates makes for an excellent venue for enjoyment of world class events.
I've seen my kids perform on the main stage and it was great. It's an excellent room.
Recently saw a comedy show and again it's a smaller room but it gave it a more personal feel with the comedian. I think security should deal with hecklers that go on and on a bit tougher as they can ruin a show.
Now that I finally can write reviews I really wanted to do this place! I went here for school years ago as well as for a music festival before covid. Was lovely and the productions they put on were GREAT! Very nice staff and good atmosphere.
If you haven't had the joy of watching live theatre, then you don't know what your missing out on!
Watched a great show "Bible according to Paul Keating"
Lots of laughs and highly entertaining.
From a Architectural view (interior n exterior) the whole building badly needs to be nocked down an rebuild with a better fine modern dining waiting n conference rooms overlooking the river view
Beautifully presented theatre by the Parramatta River. The location is great for such a venue. Street Parking and Multi-Level Car Parking are available nearby.
Air-conditioning wasn't working a very uncomfortable evening which was a pity as the show itself - We will Rock you was GREAT
I have been to a couple of shows, but mainly dropping schools off for activities. As a theatre goes it looks and sound great!
Easy access and pre-booked mobility parking made the check-in easy. Pre-Show drinks at the courtyard bar. The theatre is well set out with seating in a gentle curved inclined pattern facing the stage. All seats having a great view. I thoroughly enjoyed going to Riverside Theatres Parramatta, thank you.
Another fabulous Packemin Production watching We Will Rock You. The theatre is close to Parramatta Eat Street with an abundance of restaurants catering to all tastes. Well set out theatre, good snacks and bar facilities and ladies toilet queues weren't too long.
Was repeatedly assured of Covid safe practice.
75% capacity only.
Attended Wednesday night performance of We Will Rock You.
Crammed shoulder to shoulder in the stalls.
Nil social distancing whatsoever.
Not good enough Riverside.
