I called a local builder to renovate my apartment Anher from Rivers building he looked after everything from start to finish planning architect, engineering, approvals, all was ready for us. The quality and finish you can't fault anything it was perfect no stress Anher was very helpful throughout the whole process. I will recommend rivers building and maintenance and his team to all my family and friends.

Our plumber recommended Anher when some studs were found to have rotted through. Anher came out next day to the Sutherland shire, fixed it all up, then quoted us on removing a structural wall, somehow arranged an engineer and the timber required for a beam (amazing in this market) within 2 weeks. And all at a very competitive price point.

Honestly Anher seems like a great guy, we’ve loved working with him so far and more than anything appreciate how responsive and happy to help he’s been, very transparent too. Our parents have now used him for their renovations as well.

My experience with Rivers Building was exceptional. The response time, the quality of workmanship and level of professionalism was excellent. We had a pallet puncture a gyprock wall in our warehouse and it was repaired, painted and cleaned up like new. Even tiling that was cracked on the other side of the wall was replaced. They sourced all the materials that matched perfectly. The attention to detail was exceptional. Rivers Building will be my first call if I need repairs carried out again. Thankyou guys! Rivers Building just completed our Open Concept Kitchen and Living room by removing internal walls. The end result is just amazing!
Anher and his team are highly skilled professionals I highly recommend for any renovation work from start to finish.
Our challenge was one of the internal walls is a load-bearing wall that was out of our budget to have removed. Anher resolved this by transforming the load-bearing wall into a feature wall with double-sided fireplace, brilliant! The end result is just astonishing! Turned out much better than we anticipated and within budget.
Anher and his team are honest and polite professionals. The quality of the work done is of very high standard.

Rivers Building and Maintenance did the demolition, tiling and fitout for both my bathrooms and my laundry. They also did the splashback tiling in my kitchen.
Anher and his team were very reasonable and always on time. I have an older home which threw a few curve balls during the process. Anher and his team provided great advise and solutions on alternatives that would leave me with the end result I wanted.
He was always in contact advising me what was happening and was great with repairing a tap that was installed incorrectly.
