7 Rude Rude Rude
I will be surprised if this store survives post-Covid 19. Very little service, sloppy organisation of stock. These retail workers need to remember that they are supposed to be working in work hours, not doing what they feel like, chatting and ignoring customers. Work ethic at this store is extremely poor. Just turning up to your work-place doesn't mean you are doing the job you are paid for. I will never return. Slack and rude service.
Used to be great but now smaller premises and clothes are more ordinary and sort of daggy. Can still find the occasional bargain though
Bought a pair of shoes online click and collect
get there to pick them up only to be embarrassed by the woman's rude
attitude toward me i explained its click and collect and already paid for
but didn't mean a thing to her wish i never set foot into the place i assumed they'd have them in stock after all it is click and collect i was told rivers will send email once they are in store to think i was going to buy two pairs lucky i didn't the moody woman would probably had a melt down i won't be going back to that shop again perhaps this woman should do a course in customer service she needs it
Good for the ladies & those of us seeking footwear. However for we males seeking clothing, especially pants, very thin pickings I'm sad to tell you
Have made some great buys at this store as well as picking up my click and collect purchases. Always easy to deal with and friendly staff. No hassles if making a return.
They still have good clothes. But they are moving away from normal blokes clothes to trendy stuff and women. It's a shame.
Good prices, even better when on special.
