Always good value shopping, friendly service and great range. This shop has good parking right at the door.

Average, nothing really special about the place, just a chance to get clothing on a budget, but, choose wisely.

Good I was surprised at the cost of shoes from China and I read on the docs that they were designed in Australia come on Australia why China be real they buy our exports because there safe it's not like infecting your own people and send them around the infecting every free World Country in the Guile's off free trade grow a spine Australia

Easy parking anything. Friendly staff. Good range of sizes from small 8 up. Especially section for 14+ has a nice range of clothes. Good rang

Most items of clothing on display seemed to be old stock but there are bargains to be had - only a few new additions so far. This could be the result of delayed deliveries due to Covid 19. There are many shoes on sale. The mens' section was better stocked.

Prices much higher than they used to be so discounts are no longer a bargain. No wonder they are going out of business

We drove to the Erina store & was there just after 9am & the store was not open, yet it clearly stated on the website the hours were 9am to 5pm. Frustratingly we hung around until 9.30am & the store still did not open! Rivers, please adjust your opening times on your site to avoid disgruntled customers like myself. I understand the issues we are currently facing with covid 19 & the closure of certain stores for prevention however if a store is not open it would be so much easier to know this just by checking the correct opening hours on there website! Whilst writing this review out the front of your store there has been more than 10 or more customers try to enter the store but we’re unable to do so!

Pretty good range of reasonable priced and decent quality clothing and shoes. Staff were pleasant and friendly

I always find what I, m after or something within cooee of it. Shame everything is chinese etc but I guess thats why prices are low.

They have a lot of good stock, and reasonably priced VERY comfy shoes. Make it a place to visit.

Gone downhill since they combined with the other store they seem to have less men's shoes and less of men's clothing in general also very crowded in the store in regards to stock.

Was a handy store to buy casual gear. Sizes are not correct to standards. Strange conglomeration of patterns on shirts.

The layout of the store is messy. There's no staff on the floor to help and they don't supply bags although we were offered one for $10.what a joke! We had 3 pairs of ugh boots and a big jacket to log around.

A great clothing shop with great discounts. The style of clothing is plentiful and their is always a range of sizes available.

The staff were friendly and did the job of taking your money.

Locating the store is a bit hard if you are heading towards Erica Fair, but is easy if heading towards Gosford.

Parking is ample, with Rivers customer parking.

Plenty of parking and easy access to the store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great range in menswear, but women's a little limited. Pricing is unbeatable.

The clothes and so on hold quite good. The reward points scheme sucks. You get 1 point per dollar then when you have a hundred points you get a $5 voucher with a two month expiry and have to spend more than $15 to use it. All of which is pointlessly complex.
