The shop was messy with clothing racks everywhere and once we chose our items no one was there to serve us.

Picked ip a few quality shirts for only a couple of dollars. The girl behind the counter was nice and polite.

Drove an hour to go to this location …. Shutters down, lights on inside, no sign up saying back soon, waited an hour hoping it was a lunch break …. Drove home again …. This was 1.15 on a Saturday and supposed to be open 9.30-5.30 according to the website

I have to admit, I have never shopped here before, and I was shocked by the quality and prices. I was looking for a pair of boots for work, comfortable non slip, Found a perfect pair, tried them on, very comfortable, then checked the price, they were under 80.00 and on sale that was even better! I'll be back, they are really good at helping as well

Very bad customer service. Staff are very rude.
Rivers should take away this branch from these people. They are just ruining rivers name. People please we don't want to be treated bad, please stop going there.

Arrived at 9am as stated 9am opening time online. No one was there and store was closed up. We waited until 9.12am but I left tried called the phone even but just rang out. Not happy will not come here again.

Clothes for men was a bit limited but what was there actually gave you a choice. Unlike some stores when it comes to men who like to be stylish yet comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would like to see clothes from other countries other than china or Asia. Like Turkey. Better quality and cut in all Australian stores.

Friendly staff but not very accessible. Stock in a little on-top of everyone and if you have a wheelchair this doesn't make for pleasant shopping experience

Very unprofessional trading hours on Sunday are 10am-4pm but No one is opening the shop.
I have been waiting for last 10 minutes
I hope they will open soon.

This store has plenty of variety of stock, a little messy the day we were there but there looked to be only 2 staff on. The store has a large selection of shoes at very reasonable prices, considering how busy the staff are they are stiff very friendly snd helpfull.

Very bad experience at Rivers Mount Druitt my daughter was trying shoe and she lost her original shoe whuch she was wearing we asked the manager as she was staring us the whole time because we were trying shoes she said we cant find anything she was very rude and didnt want to cooperate anything that we asked bad customer servi

A great place to get a variety of clothes and footwear. Beware it's very clostrophobic as there isnt much room to move.

Rivers is good, great variety at good price.
Keep looking for seasons deal and spicial occasions deal and you can get a real good deal. Get free membership for member discounts.
Located within ShopSmart shopping centre, it has enough parking available. Also disabled parking and wheelchair access to the centre and shops. The centre has public toilets.

The worse customer service ever. I was trying on some shoes and I just got there and I hear some talking behind me and I turn around.there is this really angry last behind. I said sorry did u said something. She just walked up to where the shoes were picked them up so angrily and said seriously with eyes rolling and that. I really wanna punch her in the face at that moment but she’s very lucky my Aunty was with me. I went to report it to the lady behind the counter and she said she’ll deal with her. After that she was still giving me the evil looks so I ask her where her manager is and she said at home in bed. I honestly will never step into this store ever again.
