Racially Profiled.
I'm never quick to giving low rated reviews but I must say, this one could get less than 1 star. We had a terrible experience as we were led to believe we are getting the property only for the lady to turn around and decline the application last minute.

We viewed a property for rent in Pemulwuy and applied for it. The lady handling the property called us on Monday and told us to provide extra documents for her to start processing the application, asap, which we did. We had offered to pay rent above asking price but because we were renting a cheaper place, she made it look like we are not capable of paying the rent, even though we provided all forms of evidence on our capability to pay. We are also foreigners and provided overseas savings evidence but that seems to have not been enough. She then went silent.
On following up with her, she told me that only my current agent reference was remaining which we had a quick turnaround on but still went ahead to decline.

I wish she declined from the word go instead of making us beat round the bush.
Worse even, they reduced the asking rent immediately after that, like mocking us. Sigh!

Taylor and Craig had been wonderful Property Managers for the rental property we had leased. Both are supportive and understanding and have been a pleasure to deal with over the last 10 years. Thank you

Jeremie Pingol personally for me is one of the best real estate I know of who genuinely cares and make sure things we address get fixed. She is very easy to have conversation with who is very prompt when we have enquires. I called them 4 times for a property that I wanted rent but receptionist didn’t connect me with the property manger she hanged the phone few times I submitted my application didn’t give any reason why they didn’t accept my application very unprofessional
