Ritchies IGA New Lambton

Wow, I wish our new local IGA was like this. Super impressive range and the fresh salads at the Sushi bar were really good.

Always request your docket & check it because frequent errors have been made, over-charging on the shelf price has happened too many times to be confident in their system. The shelf price should be the same as the price at checkout but often isn't.

Looks the part in layout and presentation but don't be fooled. Hot food products are pricey and not great. More expensive on most items than other supermarkets but does have a good selection of quality fresh produce and deli items.

Well maintained, clean and tidy store, food stacked on shelves with pride and well presented, customer service at checkouts is out standing.

Ritchies IGA New Lambton is worth going to shop at. What ever you want you'll find it at Ritchies IGA. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Every time I've been there, the staff have been cheerful. Customers enjoy going there. It would be good if they put in a Cafe as part of their shop.

Exceptional service; exceptional presentation. Great variety of food. All the staff are highly trained, they know where any item you ask is, and well stocked, faced up items - a very well managed and presented shop.

Always clean and well stocked. Such a great variety of food from the instore bakery, hot roast meats, mouth watering delicatessen and freshly made sushi.

Amazing renos - bakery, deli/butcher.huge place and competitive pricing with the big wigs. Fresh bread baked and sliced daily, pop corn and very friendly staff and service.

Fantastic selection of delicatessen and gourmet foods, along with prepared meals and fresh vegies.

One of the best IGAs in Newy. Great variety of deli food and reasonably priced too. Forget the big supermarkets.get yourselves down to Ritchies.

Might be a bit more expensive than the big retailers. But makes up for it with the friendly staff and range of products available.
Deli and hot food section are highly recommended.

Purchased 28/11/21 an IIGA naturally smoked leg ham - DON’T BUY, terrible product. Tastless and obviously frozen and badly thawed, meat was a shocker
Update - Took the leg ham back and IGA gave me a full refund. 100% service

Good selection, but very unwelcoming staff. Have walked up to the checkout and rarely been greeted, usually because staff are having a personal conversation but sometimes because they just don't say anything.

Plenty of fresh food to choose from, but the amount of Aussie owned/produced/grown choices have decreased to what they were a year ago.

Their range of products has improved since becoming a super store. However they still need to work harder at price competitiveness. Store is modern and pleasant to negotiate.

Best IGA I've ever been to. What a fantastic range of vegan products you have and your staff are so helpful and friendly. Great to know that it's such an easy process to order other things in too. Well done.

This is a wonderful supermarket with a great selection of food. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Since it's re-refurbishment, Ritchies has so much more to offer the locals living in and around New Lambton Village. We have a great deli section with specialty cheeses, small goods, ready made meals, Sumo salads, fresh seafood and roasts etc. The freshly squeezed orange juice is the BEST! As is the freshly made popcorn, peanut butter and baked goodies. There is a huge range of vegan and vegetarian options at Ritchies and they keep adding to their items. They also have a 'sushi' section with chefs making fresh sushi daily! I mean what more do you want, this is a one stop shop!
