Risk Response + Rescue (RTO 90774)

I did the fire extinguisher course and it was fantastic there was some bookwork but a lot of hands on learning. I found it engaging and educational. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to get you certification.

I did the Cert II Medical Service First Response course that was lead by Kylie. It was an excellent course that was well planned, resourced and run. The content wasn't difficult by any means but it certainly helps if you're pretty well squared away with your basic first aid/cpr skills and knowledge. The scenarios were by far the best part of the course. Having ambos and fireys come in to run us through things was invaluable as it provided a good insight into how to best manage scenarios where they will become involved. A big thanks to Kylie and both Amy's for the quality of the instruction and how smoothly everything went. I learnt a lot and if you have the chance to do this course, jump at it.

I've done my road crush rescue course with RRR and I've found the trainers very knowledgeable and willing to create a positive learning experience.
We had lots of scenarios and hands on training. I have signed up to more courses and I am glad I did.
RRR must be at the top of my list week it comes to training providers.

Just finished 9 days of training with Risk Response & Rescue at Port Kembla.

My course consisted of the PUA20619 Cert II in Public Safety and the Vertical Rescue Training.

The instructors were all experienced in Fire and Rescue. They were positive, respectful and encouraging.

I’ve already been in contact with RRR to book another course.

Extremely Professional company. I personally recommend using RRR for all your training and emergancy needs. I've been working in the emergency industry for a number of years now utilising many companies to unskill and refresh my training. RRR's training facilities are above standard and very well thought out. I was very Impressed by the quality and professionalism from both trainer's and all staff involved.

Cannot speak highly enough of Risk Response + Rescue. Super professional team that pushes you in your training to perform in high stress environments. Having started my emergency response training with RR+R allowed me to gain solid foundation skills that help me perform in my current duties as a retained firefighter, without them I would not have the clear focus and awareness skills I have today. Many thanks to the whole team for their instruction and guidance! Would definitely recommend the team to anyone wanting to build new skills or develop themselves both professionally and personally!
