If you want a damaged phone go to this place. They got glue all over my brand new Samsung while applying the screen protector and no ownership in damages or offer to repair it afterwards. I highly do no recommend this place at all.

I've used these guys on a few occasions. Always fast, always best price, always very knowledgeable. I've never had an issue. Highly recommend!

If you want a Ringy Ding job on ur phone go to these guys. You pay 65 bucks for a screen protecgor and also also get crooked as soon as something goes wrong. They applied a UV screen protector so poorly that it peeled off the next day with normal phone use. Refused refund when I showed the receipt. Refused to remove the screen protector and clean my phone when I asked. They took the screen protector back and they also took my money. Got ringy dinged hard.

Got my phone fixed there and went overseas for a holiday and about one week later it starting glitching, they use cheap parts as well, paid $160 and the phone is always playing up

I was served by Leen at Bankstown today and her customer service was fantastic. She was very well spoken and helped me understand what was wrong with my phone. My screen was also replaced and I was happy with its quality. My experience at this store is well rated.

My wife brought her phone into the Bankstown store to get the wifi and Bluetooth repaired. We received a call about a week later advising it had all been fixed and was ok to pickup. Fantastic! My wife headed into the Bankstown store only to be advised the phone was now at the Bass Hill store. So my wife now drives to the Bass Hill store to pick up her fixed phone. She tries to turn it on and it has not been fixed. Don’t waste your time with RingyDingz.there customer service is terrible and they can’t even tell whether they have fixed your phone or not. Terrible!

Broke my iPhone 6 a while back and took it here to get the screen fixed. The screen they had replaced it with was incredibly terrible quality to the point where the screen cracked later that night by placing it on the table face down.

Wasted my 2hours by fixing the front screen which was already okey. I asked them for fixing my mobile’s back part which never happened. Its might be for some miscommunication between the repairer and them but they didnt even apologise for wasting my time and they have got the don't care attitude. Not professional in short.

Jade provided the most outstanding phone experience I have ever received. She fixed my phone in an extremely prompt manner and I would highly recommend to friends and family.

So initially, the work of installing and repairing my damaged iPhone X screen was excellent. However, the parts in itself which was supplied to fix my phone has been faulty on two accounts. The first time, I was able to get my screen fixed for free with warranty, but for the second time, the screen display had the same problem and isn't working.

My husband came and sent his Iphone8 plus for screen repair but ended up with a faulty touch ID home button. Initially we were told off that the home button was damaged in the first place prior repair work. We are disappointed because we felt that the staff were untoward about this and we ended up at the short end of the stick. Regretfully this business has lost our trust and we recommend elsewhere for repair services.

My only ‘go to place’ when I need a phone case, screen protector etc.service is excellent and the team are knowledgeable!

These guys are absolutely amazing! I had purchased a screen protector from them and something stuffed up. Took it back and the guy was more than happy to help rectify the issue. I even purchased more with them because I was so happy. Will definitely send customers their way!
