Customer service and attitude toward the members from staff is repulsive. They have no care for anything besides your money. The staff are unequipped to deal with any matter at hand and create a very poor and uncomfortable environment. What a shame the gym is operated by greed. A gym should feel like a second home, unfortunately it’s the furthest thing from it. Will be going back to anytime where there was a genuine commitment to there members that involved respect.

Joined today, Heliya was a great help and was very friendly upon arrival. Was offered a full tour of gym, and sign up was done very fast and smoothly!

I left several gyms within a few months due to poor service and equipment. But I have stuck with Rileys for several years - the staff are always so helpful and friendly and equipment is excellent. Never change!

High luxurious gym. High price, biggest parking issue. But better than other gyms. Has a big area, but lota of unutilised area. Could have add more machines in free space to decrease wait time.

Rileys Gym is the best I’ve been to, great staff, the male receptionist Coin was extremely friendly!

Was annoyed i couldnt use my fitness passport for a drop in session, because they dont offer drop in sessions and i could only train if i purchase a 29 dollar fob key to train because they are 24/7.sorry but my regular gym has after hours access and i dont need a fob key for a drop in they just charge 15 for a drop in fee.i dont normally leave bad reviews but this really annoyed me i couldnt train during staff hrs at 3 in the arvo unless i bought a key.

Wouldn’t recommend any other gym. Riley’s staff members consistently deliver a high level of customer service and are always professional and welcoming. The gym has a great range of training equipment and is an excellent facility to train in. Riley’s also has the best protein shakes!

Had a bad experience- I lost my mobile camera tripod, even though we have cameras in the gym, the staff is not really helping. May be the cameras are just there to show they care about your stuff and safety. I know it is my fault that i forgot that in the gym but the staff should check cameras and help, it is that simple: (. Please don't rely on the cameras for the safety of your stuff in the gym.

Wouldn't train anywhere else. Atmosphere and people make you want to drive harder than yesterday.

Riley’s is a great gym and it’s all the better for staff like Cass who are super friendly and a great part of the vibe every time you go. Cass makes a mean protein shake too, definitely worth it after a workout

My wife and I (in our very late 40’s) have been training at Rileys for many years, and have had Jimmy Sadek as our PT for over 4 years. Rileys is a great gym to train at with a great atmosphere. One of the best parts of training with Jimmy is that he personalises each session to fit you and your goals, and he pushes you to get the best out of each session. If you want to look and feel the best you ever have, I highly recommend both Jimmy and Rileys!

Definitely a great vibe to train to, and a great atmosphere to feel supported and motivated throughout whatever goals you want to achieve. I have been using jimmy’s services for quiet some time now and his professionalism is second to none. Jimmy’s services exceed expectations and leave me with DOMs for days to come… never a dull workout at Riley’s with Jimmy.

I can’t speak highly enough of jimmy. His knowledge and experience in this industry is 2nd to none. He has helped me physically through training and diet which for me personally was exactly what I needed. Anyone looking for positive change in their life hit jimmy up.

Jimmy is a great personal trainer I use him multiple times a week and once a week on his neubie fit machine and wow absolutely amazing and very accommodating to goals jimmy himself is very professional and very passionate with his work highly recommended

Been training here under Jimmy since 2017. Gyms always clean, equipment is relevant and maintained as a PT myself it is my preferred gym to train at.

Best in segment. Not much crowded. Ideal workout environment. Although, some of the members do believe like they own the place

Jimmy is a one of a kind PT trainer he takes your training to a next level. Jimmy is not just there for the job he actually cares and takes training his clients serious and this is what sets him apart from any other trainer. Personally I couldn’t train with any other trainer as jimmy is in a different league to them.
