Liquidated 2 of my properties on their advice. Then waited 2 years to be in a position to purchase only for them to tell me with a 2 sentence email to come back when I have more than $600k. Also, apparently I have to wait for school holidays to be over before any of the staff can reach out to me, and I'm still waiting for said individual to reach back but they never did. In 6 weeks I signed up with another BA and I've exchanged contracts on a fantastic investment property. RPG still have my $1k deposit I wasted.
