Bit of a delayed review but none the less the lady I dealt with when leaving my property was a harrassing unprofessional person and took a lot of my bond for things that I did not do to the house. I should have stood my ground but back then I was new to renting and didn’t want a bad name. I’ve now been with a new real estate and it’s been a breeze. The real estate might be good but a certain agent who I’m unsure still works there as she shouldn’t is a piece of work.

Honest, Professional & Committed. Josh had an excellent knowledge and understanding of the property market.
He understood our needs and always kept us aware of the status, the potential buyers and feedback from the Open Houses. The whole process had some disappointments (with potential buyers) and Josh was continually honest with us.
He showed great commitment and was by our sides as a friend and an agent.

Excellent and consistent quality service provided for all aspects of property management. What a champion. We had enlisted another real estate to sell our property. Which was a total waste of time and money.

Extremely rude. Am being told to go to open houses but not put a deposit on anything until contracts are signed. When contracts are going to be signed the person who has the deposit ready to go is being accused of not having a deposit. They do nothing in helping to find a new home. Has no compassion for any circumstances that arise that are beyond my control. Other real estate agents and conveyancer have said this is wrong.

Best Realestate Agent Ever!
