Nick & John of the Sydney support team took few hour remotely to update the firmware. Finally it works.

We have printer from ricoh, we have had a problem from last few months,
Every time we have sought help from Ricoh the problem was never fixed. Wish we could give 0 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! We are sick of paying for paper and wasting money because they cant help us and fix the printer! We have called countless times and spent hours on hold to still have the same issues for months and months.

The worst company. STAY AWAY.new machine constantly getting fixed. 5 days to reply to an urgent call regarding scanner and printer not working. Even if they offer you their service

One of the worst companies you will ever deal with. Customer service is a joke and they will add baseless charges on your monthly invoices just to earn a few more cents. Stay away

Tried to charge me for the collection of a machine when it was delivered to them - watch out for the salespeople, they are slippery and self-serving!

Most chipsets are buggy. No help from head office. No firmware available. Support is no help whatsoever. How they stay in business is a mystery.
